Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company. Halved their offer from £620 and since I have refused that they aren't answering my emails or calls and still haven't sent the phone back. I will be going through the small claim court by the looks of it.

Anoop in customer services was great he was 5 stars and very very helpful but the company said £250 then offered £104 to which is an insult but anoop sorted plot out thank you 🙏

My offer almost halved in price
My offer almost halved in price. This was due to “chips on the phone screen that would result in a replacement screen needed to be installed”
When I asked to send my device back, my offer magically went up £15. Took to my local independent store who were within £30 of my original offer.
Although the customer service is pretty good, I wouldn’t recommend and feels like a scam.
