The client service at this location is at the highest level of professional. Craig at the Port Saint Lucie location, took the time to explain the process and answer any questions that I had. The process was very simple and straightforward.

Dave was informative, hospitable, knowledgeable and professional.

Overall the experience is good. One should note that the initial offer received is not the final offer. Be prepared to negotiate.

The whole process went very smoothly but what made it "great" was their field representative who came out and looked over the car. His name was Raymond and he made the whole experience a pleasure. We talked while he was doing the inspection and explained what he was looking at and for, came back with an offer, and worked with me to make a deal that was satisfactory on both ends. If Raymond is an example of what this company is all about, I say it's one helluva' company! Well done Raymond...you do your company proud!
