Staff Makes The Company

The whole process went very smoothly but what made it "great" was their field representative who came out and looked over the car. His name was Raymond and he made the whole experience a pleasure. We talked while he was doing the inspection and explained what he was looking at and for, came back with an offer, and worked with me to make a deal that was satisfactory on both ends. If Raymond is an example of what this company is all about, I say it's one helluva' company! Well done Raymond...you do your company proud!

Good Experience

The experience with Kyle was very pleasant. He made me feel comfortable and he did a very professional job. I was satisfied with the price I got for my car.

Andy was very kind

Andy was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. He helped me through the sales process and answered any questions that I had for him. Great customer service!

Staff members that I spoke with were nice. I appreciate the smooth process. The price was a bit different which is why I took off one star.

I was offered $1295. Upon arrival to our home, Andy informed me the process. He would inspect, test drive and offer an amount based on the assessment.

After it was all completed, Andy stated that there were a few scratches on the roof of the vehicle that I didn't see and the engine lights were on This brought the price considerably down to $450 after a $99 paperwork fee was added (I didn't initially know about this at all).

In my defense, the scratches, dents and engine lights were something that I disclosed in the very beginning.
The offer was made with this in mind.

Instead, the offer came down even further. This was very conniving and deceptive. Andy seemed like a very nice person, but this entire process was not on the up and up.

Our website provides a valuation estimate, not an offer. It is an online valuation generated from the information provided by the customer. Our offer is always set after a professional, in-person appraisal that verifies the vehicle's condition and reflects its market value. You did disclose a previous accident and a dent to the front fender when you requested your estimate, and both were accounted for in the figure you first received. The online valuation did not, however, reflect several other issues with the vehicle that had a tangible impact on its resale value.

The in-person appraisal identified a number of problems in addition to the fender dent you disclosed:

- A dented roof panel
- A cracked front bumper with damaged front lighting
- Poor previous repairs to the rear of the vehicle
- An air conditioning system blowing warm air

Our OBD-II diagnostic scan also returned four active fault codes:

- P0430: Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2)
- P0442: Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected
- P0456: Evaporative Emissions System Small Leak Detected
- P2241: Oxygen Sensor Circuit Low (Bank 2, Sensor 1)

We invite all customers to join the appraisal process so they can see what we see and understand how a vehicle's condition affects its valuation. Our team should have explained the nature of these findings before you had the opportunity to accept or reject our offer.

On the document fee, this is disclosed in three places: on our website, in the valuation email sent ahead of your appointment, and during the recorded and transcribed confirmation call. We are reviewing that call to make sure our team followed the correct procedure, so that nothing about the fee should have come as a surprise on the day.

We also want to touch on the sense that the process was less than transparent, because it sits at odds with the care you clearly received. Our offer reflected the vehicle's condition as it was verified in person, and we would be glad to walk you through exactly how we arrived at it.

We had a great experience. Our salesman Ed was a pleasure to work with. He walked us through the process and answered any questions we had. He was very professional and knowledgeable, easy to talk to and had us out the door with check in hand in under an hour! Thanks Ed! Would recommend we buy any car to friends and family.

Donald was excellent to deal with

Donald was excellent to deal with, I had made an appointment online for my mom and the dealership where she was buying her new car kept her much longer than expected, Donald was very accommodating and super friendly, I can’t say enough good things about him. I did the buy out online questionnaire and answered all the questions to the best of my ability on her 2018 ford EcoSport with only 51,000 miles on it. The offer made online was $8700.00 Then when we went to the office the CARFAX was run the offer went down by $2500.00 to $6200.00 There was a parking lot accident years before where someone ran into the passenger front door of and fender, the car was repaired at the ford dealership and no significant damage was done no frame damage, no R title. I was very surprised the value went down by almost a 1/3 of the first offer made. Next time if I’m Looking to sell a car I will shop around more and get multiple offers from different companies.

Online they estamted my car for 795…

Online they estamted my car for 795 when i got there after i drove for hour they gave me 200$ but i refued and they gave me 300,and the issue was the same thing that i mentioned online. If they don't come and inspect your car don't go to them never.

Our website provides a valuation estimate, not an offer. It is an online valuation generated from the information provided by the customer. Our offer is always set after a professional, in-person appraisal that verifies the vehicle's condition and history and reflects its market value. That appraisal, together with the vehicle's history report, surfaced significant issues affecting the vehicle's value, including one that was not disclosed during the online valuation.

During your online valuation, you disclosed that the vehicle had previously been in an accident, and we thank you for that. What was not disclosed is that the accident resulted in the vehicle being declared a total loss, which is a declaration you are required to make during the online valuation process. Your vehicle's Experian AutoCheck history discloses that on April 15, 2026, the vehicle was reported as an insurance total loss and sold by the insurer, with the claim paid to the insured. The same history also documents two failed safety inspections, the most recent in January 2026. A total-loss record materially affects a vehicle's value and must be disclosed to any prospective buyer.

Separately, our buyer's professional, in-person appraisal documented several condition issues, including:
- Structural damage
- Rust to the driver-side front fender requiring repair and paint
- A cracked front bumper requiring replacement

Our OBD-II diagnostic scan revealed 5 active fault codes:
- P0171: System too Lean (Bank 1)
- P0304: Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected
- P2195: O2 Sensor Signal Stuck Lean, Bank 1 Sensor 1
- P2238: O2 Sensor Positive Current Control Circuit Low, Bank 1 Sensor 1
- P2A00: O2 Sensor Circuit Range/Performance, Bank 1 Sensor 1
