I still haven’t actually received my order.
I placed an order for a bundle at the end of July. Was informed of an extended processing time of 1-2 weeks. It had now been a month.
Go to products for wash day
I love using the shampoo bar and conditioner bar on my 4c Afro hair. This shampoo cleanses without stripping the hair and the conditioner softens the hair without having to stay on for long. I love the herby smell of the products. These are now my go to products for wash day.
Missing item upon delivery
The order arrived with a missing item. I’ve sent multiple emails and DM’s via instagram with no response. Just very disappointed overall as this wasn’t even for me got it for a friends birthday. Ordered 7 products so I guess I should be thankful that I got the 6.

I placed an order of over $100 at the beginning of July. My order was cancelled by the company, however they didn't said me any notification about it. I never got an email and I did not receive a refund. I don't even know when they canceled it, but it was after I got my confirmation email. Since it always takes 4-6 weeks for orders to be processed, shipped, and delivered I waited almost a month before checking on my order. I only noticed that it was cancelled because when I followed the "check order status" link in the confirmation email it said the order had been cancelled and if there was a mistake to contact the company. Customer service was non-existent. The company didn't respond to email or phone calls. I was given zero explanation why they cancelled my order or why they didn't contact me. I had no idea if I was going to be refunded or not, so after almost a month after I placed the order I had to ask my credit card company to do a charge back. I love the product, but I don't know if I'll be shopping with them again because customer service is non-existent. $100 is a lot of money. You'd think they'd email their customers if there were issues and they had to cancel an order. I know refunds can take weeks, but they didn't contact me telling me I would be refunded. They didn't communicate with me at all, and this isn't the first time they ignored my emails about my order. In the past it's taken them as many as 4 weeks to ship my order, and I would just ask for a status update because 4 weeks is a long time for processing. They ignored my emails then so I don't know why expected it to be different now. Order at your own risk I guess, if you have any issue with your order you're SoL.
Also side note, they have their system programmed to automatically send out these survey emails, which was sent to me with the expectation I was receiving an order. Why can't they program their system to send out an email that notifies people when their order is cancelled at the whim of the company?

Great products, less great communication and dispatch
EDIT: They have been bought out. Have removed another star as their emails still used 'from Ama xx, implying she still owned the business. She hasn't since and it seems everything has gotten so much worse.
I love their products, within three months I had inches of growth along my hairline that I had struggled with for years - using a weekly oiling and wash routine. My natural curls have also looked the best since using the wash day routine, and Rain smells gorgeous. I do wish charcoal was a regular product too as it works so well to prevent product buildup.
I only knocked off a star as they still seem to have major issues with dispatching items and communication (my last order took a month to dispatch), especially around sale periods. Their products are five stars though.

try to contact costumer service was a struggle, every time i got a email from the team they had no idea what was going on with my order, even i had explained myself multiple times on past emails.

First time buyer and was sceptical about using this products. I can say that every content applies to my hair and scalp rests in my hair no greasy feel. Used fingers more to comb hair. A reduction in hair breakage during wash. Began documenting hair growth and revive journey
Been waiting nearly 4 weeks now
Been using this product for over a year now and it is amazing. I tell everyone how amazing it it because it is and the team should be really proud of what they have created. BUT I am coning up to 4 weeks since I ordered a item that I ran out of and I have still not got my item. I have emailed multiple times and got no reply and I would never have dreamed of writing a review with one star but I am getting really frustrated now. I ram out of other products and need to re order but I am not willing to spend the additional money on products that I'm not going to get. I just want to know 1 if I'm getting my order and 2 when.

missing package/cancelled order :(
I’ve emailed, called, and left voicemails but i haven’t received any correspondence on where my package is. i looked at the tracking and it says it’s cancelled, but haven’t gotten a refund. i purchased from them once before and was incredibly happy with the products. But unfortunately the second purchase was not as great of an experience as the first. still love their products and would love assistance finding my package. From the U.S.A and have been waiting for 4 weeks and counting
Edit: Still no response. I’ve left emails, called, voicemail, text, and also this review. I did love their products-loved the formula for the conditioner- but been waiting for over 5 weeks now. I’ve had to do a chargeback with my bank because I haven’t heard anything and I need to buy hair products from somewhere. I’m so sad that it ended this way.

It’s hard to review an order I never received. My order number was #161882 and I still have not received it. This isn’t like them to take this long.
Great Products…when you receive them.
Not an ideal experience. Waited five weeks to receive only one of my two purchased orders. I have no idea when the second order will arrive. The products are very good, but they are costly. Difficult to justify the outlay when the delivery is so sub-standard. Consequently, I have canceled all subscriptions for future purchases.
