I loved your initial company outline…
I loved your initial company outline and thoughts, bought almost all the products (twice) for myself and my partner, under the illusion that it was natural, then read the ‘95%’ natural statement on the shampoo, and read the ingredients, and the shampoo and conditioner went straight in the bin. So disappointed and unhappy. Going through the other products and will bin if the ingredients are not natural.
Why tf do you add all the shit that is not natural. I don’t want anything ending in -iol or -nol in anything that touches my skin. I would prefer the shampoo to not be as foamy than for you to add a chemical foamer, saying nothing about the preservatives added.

We would like to clarify that our formulations, including Swish Shampoo and Sheen Conditioner, have remained unchanged since we first launched. The ingredients you mentioned ending in “-iol” and “-nol” (such as Linalool or Geraniol) are not synthetic additives; they are naturally occurring components found within pure essential oils.
EU and UK labelling regulations require these to be listed individually to support customers with specific natural allergies. We also use safe, nature-identical preservatives, which are essential in water-based products to ensure product safety and stability.
We understand that ingredient preferences vary, and while we respect your perspective, we stand by the natural integrity and safety of our formulations.
