Insufficient compensation
I placed an order for hair bundles with express delivery (£15) and they sent me the incorrect ones. I contacted them and they asked me if I wanted compensation or for them to resend the item. I paid for express delivery to a reason would no longer need the bundles after they specific date so I requested compensation. They sent me £5 for £30 worth of hair and £15 pound delivery. This is obviously an insufficient amount especially for a mistake on their behalf. After pointing this out, they offered another £4 compensation. I then asked emailed to ask why I couldn’t be compensated in full, in which I have been ignored for nearly a month.
Avoid!
I am extremely disappointed with this company. I placed an order and paid in full, but the goods were never delivered. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I either received no response or was given vague excuses with no resolution.
Taking payment without supplying the purchased items is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication and customer support has been frustrating and has left me out of pocket. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this company.
I will be pursuing a refund and exploring further action if this matter is not resolved promptly. Very poor service and a highly disappointing experience.

Not recommended
Placed an order, expecting for the items to be dispatched within a few days.
2 weeks later, still not even dispatched.
Tried emailing customer service with no response.
Emailed a second time, informing them that unless they respond, I may have to do a chargeback.
They suddenly replied, explaining that the shipment was damaged in transit to them and they would cancel and refund. Why didn't they tell me this? Suspicious...
They did refund the order, but considering the item is listed as in-stock, to then wait 2 weeks and have to chase on the order, then to be ignored until I threatened a chargeback, is really poor customer service.
I don't know if this company are scammers or not, but I certainly wouldn't order from them again.
At the very least, their poor customer service lets them down and there is no trust.
Ordered the As I Am Dry & Itchy bundle…
Ordered the As I Am Dry & Itchy bundle in June 2025. A note in the parcel stated the oil treatment was out of stock and would be sent later. I also reported a shampoo bottle leaking during transit immediately after delivery.
I have sent multiple follow-up emails over the past year and have never received a single response. The oil and bundle now appear to be back on sale on the website, but my issue still remains unresolved.
Very disappointing customer service and communication.
Update – June 2026
Following my original review, the company got in touch and resolved the issue.
They supplied the missing oil treatment that was not included with my original order and also sent an additional complimentary oil as a goodwill gesture. I appreciate them taking the time to address the matter and put things right.
My frustration was primarily due to the lack of communication and the length of time it took to receive a response. However, I am pleased that the issue has now been resolved.

I requested a return and refund for my order, but instead I was ghosted …
I placed an order for 5 packs of braiding hair around a few ago and unfortunately I was not satisfied with the quality of the product. I sent an email requesting a return and refund as all packages were unopened and unused.
I originally ordered 5 packs of hair including: 1 Hot pink, 1 ice pink, 1 colour 1B, 1 colour 2 and 1 colour 613 Blonde. Unfortunately 2 of the hair colours I wanted were not included in my package, with the ice pink being replaced by an additional hot pink, and the colour 2 pack being another colour 1B hair pack.
I sent an email to support@beautizone 3 weeks ago, and have since not received an answer back. I’m very disappointed.

Ordered to different types of hair with a specific colour , told one week that colour type of hair was in stock and told the other week the other hair they didn't have in the colour. I received it and returned it as advised. This was in march , we are now in April and they have received my hair and I have to refund. Seems the return label is a scam to get there product back they have no intention of returning your money.

Absolutely terrible shop would have given it 0 starts if possible. I made an order on 31st of March with 2-4 days standard shipping and didn’t receive my order in time. Did not receive any tracking details or updates. It reached the 6th of April and i still hadn’t heard anything so emailed them to chase it up and didn’t hear a response from them, emailed again and the 9th of april and didn’t get a response till the 12th of april where they apologised and said it’ll be specially shipped the next day which was very late for me and was forced to ask my dad to buy the hair for me at another shop ( i 100% recommended you to buy your hair from PAK’s as they’re very reliable). They then emailed me on the 12th apologising and said my order was delayed because of strikes and they offered me a refund of my delivery fee which initially declined then they offered me
50% refund + my order + my refund of my delivery fee in return i have to remove the negative reviews i left on trustpilot and google

By the 18th of April i hadn’t received my 50% refund i kept my part of the deal but they have failed to so i emailed them on the 18th asking what’s going on and still haven’t heard anything back. Today is now the 21st of April and haven’t heard anything back so have been forced to pit my reviews back up. Do not shop with Beautizone, poor customer service and unreliable i’m very disappointed.

They collect your money and ship anything to you
Right now i am trapped with the items they delivered to me. The quality of the item is far different from what i usually buy and use. How can a company can be so unprofessional. The website denied customers from processing Return/Refund. Therefore, they can ship anything to customers and frustrate their effort to return or seek refunds when they aren't satified with goods they received. This is crazy how UK government alow such business to exist and exploite people.
Also the phone number displayed on their website doesn't work, you could dial that number for month. They never replied to emails. They just take your money and ship anything they like to you
