If I could score lower I would!!! My second time ordering from them and my package stated that it was delivered however I had not received it. Sent an email on the 11/10 and have still not received any response. Basically just stole my money.

I have purchased 8 shampoos which ai have paid for, they brought only 3. I have sent a couple of emails to them, no response. I have trued calling no answer. Pls stay away as not reliable.

I placed 2 orders a month ago that hasn’t arrived. I’ve emailed 3 times and nobody has responded with an update on the order, or a refund. The tracking number says that the orders were sent. Very poor customer service.

Terrible customer service.
I got my order promptly but was missing 3 items with a note attached to say it would be delivered later.
I have had nothing over the past 3 weeks. No email update no delivery. I have had to email 3 times which then asks me the same question what's my order number then they can't seem to reply.

I am still waiting for my delivery or a refund!

Avoid at all costs!

Very slow delivery. Order still not received despite 3-4 working day shipping time (ordered over a week ago). No response when emailed. Very poor, would avoid!

I bought 3 L.A.colors Sable lip Pencil
In the package, I received other lip Pencil from a different company in a very dark color, almost black.
I don't use that color.
I wrote several times that I wanted to return them and asked for a refund.
No one replied.
Don't buy from Beautizone.

Fake products. Do not buy. I bought 3 bottles of the Groganics moisturizing lotion. 2 were literarily 90% water 10% goodness knows what and the last too thick for what the products was meant to be.

Ordered 2 Walker Tape Glues -

Fake products, not genuine Walker tape glue. Doesn’t stick properly. Fake counterfeit products from Aliexpress.

Beautizone received my return/parcel on the 1st of May 2025.
69 days later…
My full refund has finally been ‘issued’ (not received) and is estimated to arrive within a further 2-3 working days.

Quick delivery, products as expected, great prices.

I ordered my parcel mid April but received it end of June after several complaints.
Am glad customer care was okay, Somehow someone managed to reply me back.
Truthfully, I lost hope and never knew I was going to receive it. Oh and and the company seemed not interested in reimbursing my money, if I received the package or not lol

Please cross with your delivery otherwise it won’t be hard for you to lose a customer.

The items I ordered were not dispatched after 2 weeks. I chased customer services and was told the package would be sent in 2 days...a week later, I still didn't have it. It was only after threatening legal action that I finally received a response telling me that the parcel would be dispatched for express delivery. Why this had not already been done is unclear, as by that point over 2 weeks had passed! Finally, almost 3 weeks later, the parcel arrived...with all the items substituted without warning or approval and in different quantities!! I am now demanding a full refund...at this point they are just fraudulent!

Trying to contact the company regarding an item in my order that I am displeased with for more than a wk and no response. Very poor customer service?

This is my second time ordering from beautizone and i am happy with how quick they deliver and also the products. Will order again from this company.

I ordered 4 items and even though payment was taken, 20 days later still no product and no response to enquiries. Royal mail have not even received the items to ship! Absolutely disgusted with the customer service. Good job I used PayPal so I got refund from them.

Ordered some hair products over 3 weeks ago. It still hasn’t arrived, even after emailing twice. The delivery time stated 2-4 days. Scam website

I received my item of Luster sprays, yes all good but at the time of ordering I forgot one product to add. I emailed you at the same time of the spray order asking for you to add the item, but you failed to complete that?
Well over a week later, you send an email murmuring that it was out of stock, which is why it couldn’t be added? Indeed bizarre! Well, at the time it was on screen saying many available? - Unfortunately customer service is lacking here and a lane duck excuse email is not going to cut the mustard.
Let’s be professional and have an attitude for open business. Not this snakes and ladders.
Additionally your prices could be more competitive too. Including discounts!
I may order again to see if lightning can strikes twice... If so, I walk.

I ordered from this company and waiting for items to be shipped so then I got tracking but royal mail tracking told me that they were waiting for items to be received so I thought great on there way as I'd already waited over a week then a couple of days later I received a refund no message from beautyzone or anything, awful service ! Won't use again !
