I have no heating. My windows don’t shut. There’s mould. No working plug sockets in my room currently. A man living in the room next door assaulted me I’ve sent voice notes to management and they have ignored me as per usual. I moved into a separate property over the weekend and there was a squatter living there, the out of hours line called me a liar and ignored me. I’m not from Sheffield so had nowhere to stay for days. They owe me money for this from last February and haven’t paid me. They ended up moving me days later to a different property with the above problems with nobody willing to help. This is the worst company I have ever come across please do not move here, it will be the worst thing you do

For the avoidance of doubt they operate under several names including wearekin and ukstudenthouses.

Any problem you have they will flat out ignore you. And there are a lot of problems.

Rebekah is a great help, everytime I need anything she does everything she can to make it work which is really appreciated!

Absolute rubbish. Had issues with accommodation didn’t bother to fix issue! Accommodations isn’t fit for living and they won’t compensate! Save yourself don’t bother

To be honest looking forward to my son leaving his tenancy once it's done. Sadly he has been subject to a lady coming in without 24 hours notice on several occasions my son is not happy with this

Getting things fixed takes weeks/months

absolutely horrible, they only care about money and not about the fact that the houses are falling apart and there’s black mold covering entire surfaces

I’m a student and was looking for accommodation and I came across this place, I gave them an email with a few question and within 5 minutes received a call and an email from a lovely women called Jesse! She was super helpful and was very fast with her replies! Jesse was so understanding and has done everything she possibly could to help me and has made this experience such a breeze! Thank you so much Jesse i’ve gone from being so stressed to a lot more relaxed and chilled, you have been a great help!
