Ordered a personalized 3 d cushion for my granddaughters bday, what came was a cheap printed shaped item bearing no resemblance to the ad, after disputing thru paypal got offer of ref on return but cannot get a telephone number to give carrier so cant return not that i believe i would get a refund anyway, total scam

This company are no better than thieves.
Their advertisements are completely disingenuous and are designed to trick you into thinking the product you will receive is totally different to what you actually receive. Please do not waste your money .

Ordered items in October for Christmas gifts
Never received due to their error
Finally got a reply to offer me 10% refund - what an insult!
They accepted it was their error & I am still awaiting my refund if over €167
This is fraud as far as I am concerned & I will keep pursuing to get my money back

I ordered a whiskey glass with inital on for my son waitied 3 wks and its awful was stuck on and wonky it wasnt what i ordered you carnt ring them either its disgusting these are false advertisment dont order from them its a scam

Same as a lot of people ordered £80 of products and heard nothing from them. Please dont order anything from them..

Order a gift on 20 November,commutation at first was good , but once I asked for refund no further communication, tracking is in Chinese, lucky I fine a charge back on Pay Pal and got a refund, wish I had read the reviews first

Ordered what looked like a bauble on the advert for the missus. When arrived picture quality poor and it was on a flat surface, do yourself a favour and save your money!! Wasn’t cheap either!

I ordered 3rd November and Still waiting for my purchase ive email twice this is a Christmas present if this is a scam then obviously im NOT a happy customer and ive been fooled

Cheapest crap I have ever bought glasses with a sticker which is falling off nursery kids could make better if I could give minus stars I would...I would avoid buying from here like the plague...trying to get a refund for this junk shop tack...£40 not even worth 40p

Absolutely Crap!! Ordered the Cowboy boot and hat keyring for my wife. It came and was nothing like the advertised description.
The name printed on the dull side of the crap acrylic piece of rubbish even the keychain was broken unattached..
Emailed sending pictures got a reply:

Total joke rip of merchants

Do not waste your money! They do reply to your emails, until the item arrives, looks nothing like that picture, is of cheap quality, and the sticker just flakes off. AVOID< AVOID< AVOID!

I wrote to the company, as the item has not arrived!! No reply to my emails. If I could would not give any stars!!! Very bad site. My order was made 27th September. Was going to be a Wedding present!!!

Cheap and nasty product.
Basically a cheap wine glass with stickers on. Don't waste your money on these scammers.

One star is to high a rating. Item advertised looks nothing like the acrylic piece of printed plastic they sent. Was meant to be an anniversary gift. No response when asked to return, I had to get the bank to refund me.

Ordered an item for my wife for this coming Christmas, still waiting for delivery. Have been asked to ‘pick my item up’, but where from is anyone’s guess.

They don’t respond to emails, so will pursue a refund through either PayPal of my bank.

STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

I ordered what looked like a beautiful ornament. What arrived was a piece of perspex junk. Do not buy from this company the adverts look great but what you get in reality is just cheap rubbish.

Like Susan Sheridan's review. Do NOT buy the Christmas Bauble. I bought 2 for my grandson. What a waste of £30, with the shipping fee!! Piece of plastic, cracks in it and not worth £1. I have emailed and requested to return the items and ne refunded. I'm no holding out much hope. RIP OFF!!!

I wished I had looked on here first. But after losing our beloved dog and seeing this advert on Facebook (fb shame on you for allowing these companies on your pages...especially as you jump quick enough on those wishing to list an item by your rules and regs)
I saw this beautiful Christmas tree bauble for you to add your pets photo.....I jumped at the chance of having our baby with us at Christmas..
What i received 2 weeks later was a joke.
No bauble just a flat piece of perspex with a piece of paper stuck to the perspex back, not even incased to protect it. Sticky labels x2 on the photo which have left an indescribable mess permanently...just trying to remove them (and i was very careful). All this cost me over £20. I guess they figure you are so grieving that you would be grateful for what you receive just because your beloved pet is on there. THINK AGAIN INVESTIGATION COMING YOUR WAY ..scam artists.
