The staff here are friendly and always there to guide you with anything you need and will go above and beyond to help you. The accommodation is excellent and with a fantastic gym. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend.

Leazes parade is amazing with recently renovated flats and facilities such as a cinema room, gym and common room. The staff are also friendly and welcoming which makes reporting any concerns very reassuring. Only downside I'd say is there's a massive wall which you have to walk around to reach anywhere and it would be more convenient if it just wasn't there.

The living experience here is fabulous! Lovely environment, cozy sofa,cozy bed, cozy kitchen and so on. And all the problems will be solved at once!

Me and my housemate have managed to get one for our next year of uni with homie, they have been extremely helpful and been a pleasure to work with.

Amazing management, fun party

Overall the accomodation is clean, well maintained, but the windows are very small so it is almost always quite dark in the half of the room. To sum up, my experience is good, but there are some small aspects that should be looked into.

I had a really cool experience, people are very welcoming, and there are many places to meet other people such as a cinema room or a common room. It s great especially when you want to meet people. The room was really clean and modern, with a tv etc. The place is not noisy at all, and in 20 min you can be in the center of the xity or in the university. So I highly recommend leazes parade for your stay!

So far booking viewings and then the property itself has been a great experience. The landlord was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had all we need to complete our booking with a calm mind. Exited to get moved in, highly recommend!

Homie took over our contract and as a house full of girls and we immediately felt cared for and safer. They were swift in responses and made the experience so smooth.

Our house owner is John and since moving here he has been nothing but really supportive. Any problem we’ve had is managed to fix in QuickTime. We’ve had issues and he’s always been respectful and not rude. He’s always nice to us and he’s always supportive when we come to him with an issue. The site as a whole is also really easy to work your way around and reporting issues have been easy to do. So far it has been very successful.

I lived at Leazes Parade from September 2023 to July 2025 and I had an amazing experience. The highlight for me was definitely the staff (Gill, Julie, Stephen and Lil) as they were so kind, helpful and considerate. They made me feel welcome straight away, and they were always happy to help whenever I had an issue (whether it was to do with maintenance, finance or personal). The room I lived in was very comfortable - it is so handy having a basin in the room so that I can easily get ready in the morning in my room without waiting ages for other people. The kitchen was a perfect size for four people, and there was plenty of storage. The location is perfect, being a 15-20 minute walk away from the main campus. It is a beautiful walk through the field, especially when the cows are there. The price was good, especially compared to other prices in the area. The only downside for me was the price of Circuit laundry, but at the end of the day it wasn't too bad due to the great price of rent. I want to end this review saying how grateful I am to the team at Leazes Parade - they were incredible and I cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you for an amazing couple of years.
