Worst company & Customer Service ever!
I placed an order in January. No one contacted me, nothing was delivered for a month. I called in, was assured I would be called back and it would be sent out. Next thing I see is that my order was canceled. It's now 6 weeks later, so I call in again and get the logistics dept and am told I will get my order within 3 days. Nothing comes. My order has been showing as "Delivered" for weeks now. Still nothing. Emailed again after 10 days. Where's my order. Oh, we can't send it to your location. (This could have been said 2 months ago, when I ordered.) Your refund is being processed. Several weeks go by, nothing. I email again. Now I get a response from a 3rd person, who says they will get back to me when the refund is issued. It's been a month. Almost $100 order. ZERO customer service. I'm still waiting for my money. (Emailed again today.) This company sucks, plain and simple.

They refused to fix it told me i had to reorder them and corrected my work.

I recently placed an order with this company for bubble mailers #0 #1 #2. I received no #2 and double #0. When I informed the company of this, they charged me $24 restocking fee. The error was on THEIR part, not on my part. I won't be recommending this business
I've been dealing with an ongoing issue…
I've been dealing with an ongoing issue with WB Mason since last month. I placed an order on 11/17 for a top to a desk. The item came in damaged 10 days later. I started the return process and submitted pictures on 12/2 to the rep. It is now 12/23 no one has come for the item, nor have I seen any credits for the item. I just called in and talked to a 3rd rep. I don't have high hopes for resolution. This was the first time I tried purchasing from WB Mason and it will be the last time as well.
Update: I ended up leaving a series of crappy messages on their FB page and someone reached out. I had low hopes but a truck did finally come for the item. I helped the guy load it. I received the credit this week, on 2/17/26, ending a three month ordeal to buy a desk top. I bought another on Etsy in December and finished the project. Buyer beware.
Very Poor Service and Product

When it finally arrived, the board was warped and fell off the included wall mounting system. I was assured a replacement would be processed, yet it’s now two weeks past the promised date. This level of delay and lack of follow-through is simply unprofessional and unacceptable.

Our recent experience with W.B. Mason—specifically with supervisor Celah Teschner—has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We originally ordered Universal brand name badges twice and, on both occasions, received an entirely different brand that was not listed on their website and did not meet our needs. Despite clear documentation, receipts, and prior communication acknowledging the error, Celah claimed that W.B. Mason “isn’t doing business with Universal anymore,” using that as justification for refusing an exchange for the correct product.
When we asked her to honor the original price and simply exchange the incorrect items for another name-brand alternative, her tone shifted abruptly, and she refused to provide any resolution. Instead of standing behind their mistakes, she dismissed our concerns, even though we were shipped the wrong product twice and charged for items we never ordered.
What makes this even more unacceptable is that this is not the first issue we’ve encountered with W.B. Mason. Throughout the past year, we have repeatedly received products we never ordered, and we’ve experienced numerous shipping delays on items marked as “available” that either never ship or take far longer than promised. These ongoing issues show a clear pattern of poor oversight and unreliable service—not isolated mistakes.
The lack of accountability and the dismissive handling of this most recent situation by management—especially after our long-standing business relationship—was the final straw. Having a supervisor refuse to correct a mistake that originated within their own shipping and inventory processes is beyond frustrating and demonstrates a serious disregard for customer service.
Because of this experience, we are extremely dissatisfied and will no longer be doing business with W.B. Mason. We expected professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to correct errors, but instead encountered the opposite.
We do not recommend this company based on their repeated mistakes, lack of transparency, and unwillingness to support their customers when issues arise.

I made an order with WB Mason and they shipped it to me. I even paid the invoice before I got my order and now they changed my account to prepaid. They waited till I paid for my invoice and then tell me I'm new so my account is prepaid now. That is definitely not good business at all. I will be letting the BBB know of this situation and my family and friends who have businesses will nor be ordering from ever again.
JB Mason & their Customer Service Dept. are nonresponsive incompetent
I ordered a case of specialty paper needed for my business over three weeks ago. It hasn't arrived. I had to scramble to find an alternate source.
The site offers no real time tracking or order status info. I have contacted their crack customer service team at "CustomerServiceHouse" eight times and get "we're looking into it, have a blessed day" but absolutely no substantive information or resolution. These guys are just the worst. They should not be in business. Their fulfillment practices are substandard.
The paper is a scam
The paper is a scam. My "sales rep" sent me an email stating the paper sale is ending at the end of September. I didn't order. Then I received another email stating the "sale" is extended. I only needed one case, so I ordered. The paper was not "bright" white and you could see right through this awful quality paper. It was the same item number I had ordered in the past. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!
I would never buy from this company
I would never buy from this company. Bait and switch tactics on cases of paper. Claims the specific case of paper I ordered, WHI851120, is out of stock so they can no longer honor the price of 33.95 per case and push me towards a $68 case. When I point out they changed the product number to WHI851120A4K and ARE still offering a case of paper for 33.95 a case, they change their story and now say they cant ship to my area - yet their trucks go up and down the highway outside our office. This seems to me like a bait and switch.
EXCUSES & LIES…
I placed an order with WB Mason and never received it. I called Customer Suport FIVE (5) TIMES! Each of the "associates" told me they had to contact the driver. Here are the (5) Excuses Customer support gave me:
1. Item was REFUSED.
- FALSE!
2. Item was REFUSED.
- AGAIN, FLASE, NOT TRUE.
3. Item was REFUSED, because of "Locked Gate" or "Keypad Number" wasn't accepted.
- BLATANT LIE, it's a single home Residence, No gates, fences or China Walls.
4. "we gave it over to UPS" to deliver and it was refused. BOLD LIE! Also "I will personally call you back after I get hold of the driver". LIE, NEVER CALLED ME.
5. "Here is my direct phone number". I will call you right back after I speak to the driver". SADLY, AGAIN, LIE.
I'll never place an order with WB Mason again!!
Pathetic and unprofessional Company …
I have been a customer of this company for over 15 years, faithfully paying my bills on time. Despite my consistent payments, they mismanaged my account, and the checks I sent were never properly applied to my outstanding balances. Recently, they shut down my account without warning or explanation, showing complete disregard for my loyalty and trust.
To make matters worse, they assigned me a representative who is supposed to handle my account in Pennsylvania, but they are based in Florida! How pathetic and inefficient is that? Clearly, this company doesn't care about providing effective customer service or making things convenient for their customers.
This company's service is beyond pathetic; it's downright appalling. Their employees are unprofessional, their practices are shady, and their customer service is non-existent. No one should have to endure the frustration and mistreatment I've experienced. I wouldn't wish this nightmare on anyone.
**Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company.** They do not deserve your business, and I sincerely hope they go out of business soon for their poor service and unethical behavior. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere.

Ordered the first time with “next day…
Ordered the first time with “next day delivery”, orders filtered in from various sources over a week. Did not get all items. Quality of items received was seriously lacking. Assigned a sales rep that was not helpful and rude. Still have not received items or been refunded for missing items some time later.
Awful Service lately
We've been a WB Mason customer for years, but lately the service is awful. We placed an order for water, they usually deliver it the next day. It's been 4 days already and nothing yet. But I received the invoice...unbelievable!!!
I call several times. Customer service told me: Let me call the driver, then they let me wait for minutes and hang up. In another call, I gave my phone number, so they can call me back with an answer...and they didn't. We are very disappointed and we're going to look for another provider. With that kind of service, you're going to lose customers.

The worst company I have ever come…
The worst company I have ever come across. And the most rude customer service providers. Customer care service supervisor Lisa and Kayla were so rude and manipulative with me on the phone and practically told me to do whatever I can, they can't help me in this except refunding my money. Still haven't received any refund though.
Placed order 10 days ago. It said next day delivery. Never arrived. Called customer support 3 days in a row. twice a day, finally talked to rude Lisa when after so much discussion they said we can only do a bare minimum of refunding my money. So they went ahead and cancelled the order as I no longer need it and my money would be given back to me and goods will not be delivered to me. All this happens in the morning and by evening the guy delivers stuff which I am not willing to touch/open but doesn't look like all my stuff. It's such a small package delivered while I expect the boxes to be big so looks like that is not delivered. Contacted the customer service to ask them why they delivered the stuff after concluding that it will be cancelled and refunded, but she is out of office as it "5PM". I called at 5:07. Well let's see now if I get my money. I will go on after them till they realise that this is not acceptable to customers and ethically wrong. WORST SERVICE EVER.

Checked on my order after 8 days, no follow up. 11 days later they said it was on its way, but it wasn't. It had never been sourced and they planned to start the whole process over again. WB Mason really left me and my customers hanging, and did nothing to resolve the problem. Your business cannot depend on WBMason, DONT RISK IT!

If I could leave this company NEGATIVE stars I would. They are absolutely the WORST to deal with. Placed an order for an in-stock item on the 3rd. 10 days later, still no tracking information. Then it shows DELIVERED - I didn't get it. Had to make at least a dozen calls. Then it shows up on my doorstep on the 21st. I Don't want it - I already received a credit for it. Now I have to sit home AGAIN waiting for a pick-up from an unknown company because they provide ZERO information
