I ordered 2 items from wayfair
I ordered 2 items from wayfair, one item arrived within 4 days the other which stated I would receive my 16th july, I contacted wayfair on the 17th to which the answer was it is in our distribution centre waiting for a courier to be assigned for deluvefy, 2 days later I tracked item and it's still in the distribution centre, so do not go by delivery date if you need it urgent

Delivery was swift. Shed doors and associated metalwork were faulty as nothing fitted properly. Wayfair replaced the complete unit.

Terrible experience
Ordered a dining table and paid for white glove service so that it could be assembled. The two delivery drivers completely damaged the table whilst assembling, piercing screw holes through the wood, the base isn’t centered to the table, there are scratches on the top and chunks missing from underneath.
I refused to sign for delivery, told them to take the table back with them which they would not do. I immediately contacted wayfair and provided picture evidence and have been told that the matter has been passed to the manufacturer. I’ve highlighted that it isn’t a manufacturer issue and pointed out that who they told me was the manufacturer is actually the brand (which is owned by wayfair). I’m left with a large damaged table that I requested was taken in my dining room , and awaiting further contact to resolve. Absolutely terrible service.

Slightly disappointed with the quality of the two rugs just received . Rather thin compared to the one bought recently , which was cheaper . Will have to purchase underlay , so that they sit better on the floor .
