It has helped a lot but on somedays it is still very humid. I would still recommend the product though. We no longer have to use a dehumidifier.

It was a lot of money to spend but well worth it. I got rid of the dehumidifier and the musty smell is gone

Typically, my basement is very musty in the spring. Since I put in this WAVE Home Solution fan, my basement is much better. It was not perfect, especially this spring when it rained 21 out of 26 days in addition to the melting of record snowfall but it was so much better. During the previous year's spring with normal rain and melting snow, there was no trace of mustiness at all. Worth the money and a much better and cheaper solution then a French drain.

I do find times when a 55% setting is not good enough and re-set to 50%. I am guessing this is normal.

The Wave Solutions Product after 1 year has proven to help keep my basement dryer, however once the sale is done, you are screwed! The installation set up was a joke, the local contractor was arrested at the end of my driveway after he pulled in for not having insurance on his van. He was not helpful or pleasant at all during the install and left us with no information on how the product operates. In my opinion this is where Wave screws up, they should hire their own contractors.

A little complicated on the install, didn't expect this added cost but it was worth it to have confidence in the function of the system.

I do not have to think about the musty smell any more.

We have a small family run snake breeding side business. We have a room that cools down in the winter that allows our snakes to hibernate. Every winter the walls in that room had condensation build up on them. Which would result in mold, lots of mold.
We installed the slab ventilation unit a few years ago. And it took enough moisture out of the air in the hibernation room that it resulted in zero condensation on the walls. And zero mold as well.
I can't thank Lauren enough for all her help. I would recommend the Wave units..

The wave ventilation unit definitely took care of the musty smell in my basement and that is fantastic! But on really humid days I still have to run the dehumidifier.

We have an old home and the basement really stunk. We use to use a dehumidifier but it didn't help. The wave system really made a difference.

the unit wasn't working from the moment it was installed (by their referred installer), from the time we reached out till we finally got reply from support (months later) a replacement part (controller) was sent, it was already close to winter (when the unit isn't needed) we waited till summer. as soon as we were able to check and see that the unit isn't working we have reached out numerous times with no response from the support team (Nathan 1888-533-1348 #102) or customer service. now the warranty is already expired.
if i wouldn't of known other satisfied customers, i would have categorized this company as fraud.

The product has met our requirements and has replaced our dehumidifier completely. It is quiet and efficient and the basement now is dry and relatively odorless. It is a relatively large basement area and has met our needs although there is one small corner away from the airflow which is slightly more humid than the rest of the basement. Not a concern for us though.

Initially I was somewhat skeptical that the Wave home solutions could deliver all that the commercial stated. We decided to give it a try and have been very happy with the results. Our basement really does not smell like a damp, smelly , musty basement any longer.
Installation was done in a professional manner. We are very happy with our purchase.

We purchased a WAVE home solution for our summer home. Until we purchased this, we had to run a dehumidifier 24/7. Plus the aggravation of running up and down stairs to empty it. Since we had it installed, we have gotten rid of the dehumidifier and really are happy with the WAVE.

We were able to eliminate the two dehumidifiers in our basement after installation of our Wave System. No more dampness or musty smell! Would highly recommend!

Good installation experience. Installed was professional and friendly. However humidity in basement is only slightly less than before. Not the vast improvement in air quality promised.

I can say that I would give this a 5 star if it were not for the jerk who did the install on my air system. He was just that a jerk. As for Wave Home Solutions, they were completely professional. I can not blame the on controlling an independent contractor.
As for the water and air systems, they are worth it. I recommend them highly. They are very affordable as well.

The wave really works and it is quick to alleviate the problem.
