Felt that my worries were understood

I called up and spoken to Lesley in relation to my worry that the April 2026 invoice covered the same period as a previous invoice. I felt like Lesley listened to my worries and saw why i was confused. She also wasn't afraid to check her knowledge with a team member whilst i waited. She then happily took action to try and help resolve this issue.

I spoke to a lady called Lesley who gave me an exceptional service to set up a direct debit as well as having a very friendly personality over the phone. She could not have been more helpful on the day. I would say Lesley was an asset to Wave as she really looks after her customers. Thanks Julie

Customer Service Experience

We initally Contacted Cutomer Services at Wave to obtain some required information regarding payments, The process to contact the correct Department in Wave was very straightforward. The Customer Service provided from initial contact to obtaining the required information was professional, with notification that the query had been logged and was being dealt with. The SME Customer Experience Advisor provided the information in a customer focussed, professional, helpful and timely Manner Thank you for the Customer Service!!
