Try going to their website! It appears that this company went out of business in 2020. Some foreign "Sport Betting and Casino Online" outfit has taken over their URL.

This unit is not sufficient for humid New England summers. I often have to supplement by running a regular dehumidifier. I have called and they tell me it takes time. That was last summer so...

I wish I could give this company NO STARS what so ever. I ordered online a replacement filter for my air purifier back in February 2020, it is now May and I have not received my product or a refund! I have called multiple times and they say they will send it priority and someone would call back BUT NEVER DO! They also tell me they cannot get me in contact with accounting. THEY TOOK MY MONEY, DID NOT SEND MY PRODUCT, WILL NOT REFUND ME OR CALL ME BACK! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give this company no stars, I would. My first humid experience was great. I decided to purchase a second for another space. We had to throw away all our holiday decorations and winter clothes due to mildew and oder. I have called and sent photos to the company but no results. The system was in our home less than 6 months. Don’t purchase from wave home solutions. They don’t stand by their products.

After 3 calls to order a new water filtration cartridge ( I was promised a call back but it never came), I called again and heard a recorded message that the company was shut down. They could have mentioned that!! Basically, I'm reaching out to see if anyone knows where I can purchase these filters...anyone?

I'm writing a follow up to my review I posted several months ago. new update! THIS COMPANY SUCKS EVEN MORE THAN BEFORE, IF THAT'S POSSIBLE. Several email's sent to their service rep Helen Snyder with photos and diagram of my house. She told me on September 18, 2019, she'd be in touch. It's January 31st, 2020. Nothing! They have no customer service. THEY ARE PATHETIC> I filed complaint with the Better Business Bureau. What a waste of $2,000.00 dollars. They should be ashamed.

The company is never available to speak to a actual person. I could never set up an appointment to fix my wave home solutions basement unit. But they were good in selling one and installing it.

I was foolish enough to purchase a WAVE Home Solutions Air Quality product. The product was delivered to me in August. The installer was not available until October -- seriously? When I called WAVE they said they would try to expedite the installation, but when November arrived I had had enough. I arranged to have the product returned to WAVE and they received it on November 11.When my refund was not forthcoming, I contacted Helene again, and she told me it would take approximately 30 days. It is now 39 days since the product arrived back at WAVE and still no refund, AND no one from WAVE responds to my telephone calls or emails. It seems that they are quick to sell their products, take your money, but slow as molasses in the dead of winter to refund your money or respond in anything that could remotely be described as a timely fashion.
I can't comment on their products, but based on my experience, I'd advise against dealing with WAVE Home Solutions.

Replaced unit that’s wasn’t working well. Installer was great. This system has worked well for us for over 10yrs so decided to replace.

Both the whole home wave unit and the filter work as expected completely eliminating any mildew odor and filtering out the air (which I frankly can't see, but trust you). The installer over a year or so ago was pleasant and efficient. Some minor nits: 1. If the filter unit could routinely power back on after a power outage, that would be a great improvement, especially during the winter when we are away for an extended period. (The whole home wave unit does power back on); 2. Related to that. Getting the filter unit turned back on which should have just been a power switch was an occasional hassle requiring pulling the power cord and sometimes doing some resetting. We got it solved but it should have been easier.

My house is old and has water in the basement from time to time after heavy rains. The basement always smelled moldy. But when the den started smelling moldy I finally decided to check out the "Wave" home solution.
Around day two the moldy smell was gone. Gone from the den and gone from the basement. My wife and I couldn't believe it and we still can't believe it. But it really works.

Our LSX system was easy to install and has worked very well for the two years we have used it. Supplies are easy to order and ship promptly.

SCAM. It's a large fan in a sheet metal tall box. You need to put a 6" hole in the side of your house. It runs constantly. (I'm dreading my electric bill) The device draws the air from the main level of your home. I've had to leave the basement door open since I installed it. If it's humid on the main level, it will be humid in the basement. Today I was at 85% humidity and it was not humid outside. DON'T BE FOOLED LIKE I WAS. Out $1295.00 and the $25 I spent on drill bit.

My humidex lasted over 20 years in the crawl space of our summer cabin.

Great Product!Low cost way of refreshing air in basement. Highly recommend!

I purchased a Wave unit about 10 years ago for my somewhat damp basement on Long Island. It is still working flawlessly.Needs no care whatever. No more emptying buckets of water from temperamental, noisy, heat producing dehumidifiers. Not only is my basement dryer but air feels fresh and clean. Installation was simple. Took a couple of hours as I remember it. Installer was a lovely guy who knew just what he was doing. One of the best investments I’ve ever made. Liked it so much I bought a second unit for my summer home. No problems with that one either.

Nobody in the NYC/LI area puts out a product like this. This technology eliminates the need for dehumidifiers!

I had reached out to several heating/plumbing companies to assess an ongoing condensation problem inside the house that no one was able to resolve. I reached out to Phil at Wave who was referred by a home inspector. Phil educated me on why the problem was occurring and how Wave could fix it. The best news is was less than a quarter of the price of the other solutions being offered. The problem has been resolved and I couldn’t be happier!

Product doesn’t work. Sold me the product before explaining that it only works up to a certain level. Sent in water samples and never heard back. Called and left message. No return call. Tearing it out this weekend and replacing with a regular softener. Found out now others in my area had same problem.

Can’t believe the difference in my water quality! Wish I did this a long time ago
