Absolute joke of a company.
I used this watch company as I can see they’re a small business. However, I never received a confirmation email. I’ve chased a number of times for an update on the watch as I paid special next day delivery to be told that they are expecting the watch in next week...2 weeks later still no watch! They now have the CHEEK to post the watch online for £149.99 when I paid £279 including special delivery!!!
It takes days for a reply, happy to take your money but won’t send you the watch or reply!

Ordered a Boss watch for my boyfriend for Christmas and OMG it is gorgeous. Comes packaged beautifully and delivery was so fast - was not expecting it next day on a Saturday too (thank you!!)

Don’t be put off by website and cheap prices - I wasn’t sure at first but is very genuine and amazing service.

No issues, order came within 2 days, i emailed to see if my order went through and got a quick reply, really happy with the watch, cheaper than any other site

I’ve ordered twice from watch shop online and really happy with my orders , they arrived within 2 days , both watches came in lovely boxes with certificates of authenticity.

On initial ordering the watch was out of stock. E-mailed for an estimated delivery date as the watch is a birthday present & required by a certain date. I was advised the watch would be back in stock & delivered in time as required. The watch arrived as promised & I’m very pleased with the service I received.
