Don’t use the self washing service and…
Don’t use the self washing service and new terminal , first of all I’ve tried using my profile as their customer so I can end my payment from there when I’m done with washing , I’ve tried logging in my profile and it said wrong email addresses or password, I’ve tried resetting my password and the email I’ve received from them was just opening a new logging page ! So there was that” new option” of their “new terminal “ which was saying if you are not a customer you can use your bank card to pay amount of 120dkk which it’s going to be reserved and if you are done washing less then 20 minutes the rest of the amount will be refunded! I’ve washed my car in about 10 mins , I’ve tried to use the button beside which were saying in Danish end “End of payment “ nothing happened and in the end I was charged 120 dkk for 10 minutes washing! Do not use it it’s a scam try to avoid it ! NOT RECOMMENDING AT ALL !

1 out of 4 rooms were out of order and…
1 out of 4 rooms were out of order and I had to wait 15 minutes to wash.
This is always the situation in that location. Never had all room operating.
Not to forget the drying room that operated for only 1 month and never again and it is kept closed all the time

The wash machine stopped half way through the drying cycle and so I had to reverse my car out due to the machine was half hanging over my car and so blocking my exit…

I’ve been using Washworld for a while now, and honestly, it’s the best car wash I’ve tried. The car wash itself is actually quite okay - but it’s not okay with a huge amount of downtime when you pay a monthly fee for availability. Our local wash have had either one or two (out of two!) lanes out of service several times last month. After a few fruitless attempts to have my car washed (even their chatbot said one lane was open when it wasn’t) I have cancelled membership for two cars. I’ll probably still use their service, and pay per actual wash instead of a service not provided.
