Shout out to Lauren Mun for great customer service. Wasatch Peaks has been my financial institution for approximately 42 years.
Lauren Mun was very helpful in resolving a interest issue on my checking account.
She provided excellent customer service and great follow up after she planned to speak to the person that is over high yield checking accounts. Wasatch Peaks can use more people like Lauren.

Applied for refinance. Application was reviewed and accepted.

Loan officer was very helpful and knowledgeable about the situation.

Process was handled very professionally and efficient.

I was sad to see that there is a charge to pay more than my note on my new car loan. It would be nice to have a feature that I could pay more when I have it. But a mi was informed it’s a basic ACH withdrawal and if I want a different amount I have to call. Seems a little old timey when offering competitive interest rates. I actually would have paid a higher rate to have the free flexibility to pay down my principal.

Very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions when I signed up for an account. Every time I’ve been inside, I’ve had great customer service. Thank you!

Patricia Taff went of out the way to help me. She was good at communicating and worked very hard to close my two loans. I am very thankful!

One of the worst transactions experiences I’ve ever had with this teller by the name of Jolene. What happened was that she gave me the debit card of another person who has a similar name as mine and for the whole month I’ve been using that account without knowing it! Now they’ve cleared my account and I’m in the negative almost $800 because of Jolene!

I had an account with a different institution and there was fraudulent activity on it well they didn’t want to help me. I went to a couple other banks and nobody would even look at me. I finally tried wasatch peaks and it was the best decision ever. Very friendly staff

Ann Stewart: Indirect LO - I’ve never heard from her, ever. I’ve called multiple times, left VMs and emails.
Coming from Mountain America CU as an employee and member, extremely disappointed in her and management should talk to her directly about her customer service, or lack thereof.

Every time I’ve called in, I got a lovely lady who answered all my questions, and Landon Kimber was so helpful in setting up my auto payments for our new truck loan.

I would of given a 1 star because of Ann, but Landon and the other lady brought it up to 3.

Thank you for sending me this survey. I rated this survey a 4 because I had tried to get in touch with Ann Stewart whose business card was in the information sent to me, but she was not available and I have not heard back from her. I had faxed over the documents needed showing proof of insurance and I had to later email a copy of the papers to the insurance at wasatchpeaks.com. Holly, insurance clerk, that sent me the letter on May 15, 2022, requesting proof of insurance on the car, I tried emailing her and twice the response has been, she was out of the office, so I still do not know if the documents were received. It can get a little frustrating. Thank you and I appreciate your attention in this matter. Freda Diane Coltharp.

Jorge Pontoja, with whom I worked throughout the process was an exceptional representative of the benefits of being a member of a credit union. His friendliness and efficiency made me feel like I was important enough to receive his fullest attention.

It is not easy to make a payment online. I can’t find anywhere to do it.
