I ordered the tiles and they were delivered the next day. They are now in our bathroom and look absolutely beautiful.

Tiles are lovely and good value
Tiles are lovely and good value, the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that both sample tiles were cracked in two. I didn't follow this up to get replacements as only samples. So maybe they could be packaged up better.

Panels delivered quickly and in good…
Panels delivered quickly and in good condition. Delivery is the killer here. The panels are of decent quality but the wood laminate is very thin and chips or rubs off easily. The panels are nice and light, ideal for campervan ceilings. They are flexible to an extent but won't curve too much. They cut quite easily but work out much more expensive than standard panels. Standard panels weigh maybe 4 times as much so I understand why they would cost more to deliver. However, charging the equivalent of one complete new panel to deliver them is just too much! If I'd been a few miles closer, it would have been cheaper to drive 200 miles to collect! 😕

Nice looking products but very poorly…
Nice looking products but very poorly protected for delivery leading to damages. Carriers didn’t stand a chance with one of our orders.
This lead to cost.y delay to the project and I probably wouldn’t use them again because of this.

Nice quality acoustic wall panels . Only reason not to give five stars is that there is insufficient handling advice on the box. Delivery company tried to carry them in flat and they bowed significantly which meant I had to check them straight away and ask them to bring remaining panels in side on.

Next day delivery was advertised
Next day delivery was advertised, and it did come next day, but right at the end of the day so I was not able to get any tiling done that day. Also, it was 1 tile short of the bullnose, but the driver did not stay long enough for me to count them.
