Wake smith and Laura are amazing!
I have used wake-smith for years. From conveyancing to family probate.
They are fantastic and Laura Saul in the commercial property team provides me with the peace of mind that due diligence has been done as throughly as is possible. I wouldn’t do anything without them and Laura.
Not only on top of that but they are great to deal with and it’s just a pleasure being a client.
Cannot recommend Laura and wake smith enough.

I used Wake Solicitors for my right to buy. I would not recommend this company for any conveyance services. They were slow and very unresponsive throughout the purchase, so slow that it was till 5pm on move in day that they completed the exchange. They also failed to deliver on my help to buy scheme as they were too late to submit the application to receive the funds. Useless!!

I would not recommend this firm to anyone. I had a very bad experience buying my house from start to finish. They refused to follow instructions that had been discussed previously. This almost resulted in buyers below in the chain pulling out. They didn't do things they should have and said they would. They didn't even ask for an electrical report which I wrongly assumed they would. I have always been asked for one as standard when I have sold houses. I then waited 9 months from the completion to receive my copies of guarantees and Land Registry documents which I had to ask several times for. Then, when they did arrive there was nothing like what there should have been. I only used them because they were recommended by my Estate Agent Newton Fallowell. Bad advise!

Shocking! I would not recommend this company if you want clear communication,
timely work and to complete.I waited 5 months in a very simple transaction and was asked to set a date for completion - did- started arranging my move to find the solicitor had gone on holiday, had not spoken to the other parties.I then waited another two months and was given a variety of reasons, including I am too busy to pick up the phone!
