Banner Jones represented my house…

Banner Jones represented my house builder Noble Homes who I bought my house from in 2021.
It turns out in 2025 when I came to sell the property, I couldn't as Banner Jones had failed to reply to my solicitor re the Land Registry documents and garage lease documents. This still isn't fully sorted out in 2026.
The excuse was that the person dealing with the job left the company and nobody else bothered to pick it up.
As a result the property chain I was in has collapsed and I have lost my onwards purchase. This has left me out of pocket.
Don't use Banner Jones they will just sit on your job for 5 years and do no work on it.
To make matters worse when I complained, they didnt want to know as Noble Homes was their client not me.
