Urmi was a very helpful & courteous agent when I got hacked with malicious Malware. He cancelled the account & blocked it from further misuse. I was being signed up for subscriptions & charged to the Vodafone Voxi account.

Excellent support from Urmi. I had been dealing with an issue for several days and getting nowhere, but she took the time to investigate properly and managed to resolve everything within minutes. She was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole chat. A stressful situation was made very easy thanks to her support. Thank you again, Urmi!

Worst ever repeated experience ever, worst customer service experiences ever, so bad lve cancelled 3 accounts. Still unresolved issues and refused to log complaint. Unreal. Great deals but when you het locked in you will suffer bad with the customer service. They just don't care about their customers.

Highly deceptive billing practices! Stay away! When simply attempting to cancel billing plan, they created a navigation path designed to deliberately confuse the user to mistakenly apply for a STAC number -which then blocks the button within "my account -- my plan" where you would usually be able to cancel. Such practices are completely against numerous consumer protection regulations and I will be reporting them to financial ombudsman and others. I work in software and can spot dark billing patterns a mile off, this is predatory and I feel sorry for anyone trapped in this web of deciete.

The worst experience ever. Customer service team completely unhelpful, asking them to sort out some stuff from over a week - still nothing’s changed the right way, a complete lack of information. Decided to move my number to a different network. Do not recommend at all.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Santosh for his outstanding assistance in resolving my frustration when trying to purchase a Europe roaming plan. I had been struggling to log in to my account on the Voxi website and was becoming increasingly frustrated.
Santosh handled the situation professionally, patiently, and efficiently. He successfully turned me from a frustrated and angry customer into a satisfied and happy one. His excellent customer service, understanding, and willingness to help are greatly appreciated.

Worst customer service ever. I placed an order but needed to change a small detail, so I reached out to the chat. They told me the order never went through, but the promo code I used would still work if I placed a new order. It didn't. So I reached out to customer service again and the agent said "I can't help with an order you placed incorrectly." I asked how I placed it incorrectly, to which they said they can't see those details on their end. I asked for a new promo as I was told by a previous agent that mine would still work. The agent said no. I asked how he could blame me for the order not being placed incorrectly, when he can't see the details of the order and that if the previous agent said my code would work, they should honor the code and provide me a new one. He said he can't and that we can end this conversation as its going in circles.

I would rate it lower if I could. TLDR: eSim takes ages to arrive, chatbot is buggy and helpdesk gives contradictory answers. If you can, wait until you are in the country and get an eSim from a competitor instead.
I was moving to the UK and needed a phone number to be able to order my furniture - so it was fairly urgent. I signed up for an eSim on a Thursday and immediately got an email saying I would soon receive the eSim. It had not arrived on the following day so I contacted their support bot. This is extremely buggy (keeps leaving the conversation meaning you have to start over, and sometimes the button to engage the chatbot does not work). Eventually I got through to a person who told me to allow 2-24 further hours. After 25 h, I contacted them again and was told 1-2 business days. By this point I had got to the UK and was able to walk into an O2 store where they could set me up in 5 min. I therefore contacted them (now Tuesday) to cancel the account, and was told I would get a refund within 7 days. They could not answer whether this could be done without keeping my card details, so I was told to contact them in 7 days regardless. Two weeks later I still had no refund and so contacted them again. Finally I am told I will get a refund, but had to argue that I had cancelled it earlier since their information wanted them to give the refund only for the remainder of the month. I am now told to wait 3-5 business days for my refund, and that the card has been removed. If this is true, at least there is one competent person working the help desk. I hope this review helps others avoid this clearly unserious company.

I paid £35 for a SIM that arrived and wouldn't activate. That's the whole problem. One simple thing. It took VOXI over an hour and two agents to not solve it.
First, the security check. I was asked for a 4 digit PIN I never set. I guessed two digits out loud and the agent replied "Perfect, that takes care of security!" So that's the state of their account security.
Then the catch-22 nobody could get past: I can't log into my account online because the OTP is sent to the SIM that isn't active yet. To activate the SIM I need to log in. To log in I need a code sent to the SIM I'm trying to activate. A dead end, and not one person on their team had a way around it.
I gave them my order number at the start, yet I was interrogated for 40 minutes about details they already had. Then I was told the SIM serial number doesn't match their own records, on a SIM they sent me, and somehow that was treated as my problem. The only fix offered was a replacement SIM in 3 working days.
I escalated to a manager. She read out the identical script word for word. No refund either, apparently because of a "unidays code" I've never heard of.
An hour of my life, £35 gone, and the SIM still doesn't work. Avoid.

I informed that I wanted to cancel in march 2026 as I was moving from the UK back to Brazil. I was surprised to see that 3 months later I'm still being charged. I want a refund. I followed the instructions on the ‘Leave VOXI’ page in account settings.

My customer service assistant Gautam spent 1 hour with me over chat patiently helping me set up my eSIM. He eventually figured out where I was going wrong. I am incredibly grateful! Give him a raise!
