A very great landlord who provides nice flats, good community management, masterclasses, sports facilities, and fun events to meet your neighbours. Don't hesitate to sign a contract with them and experience it yourself. Oh, and Sorcha is great, give her a rise!

1 stars is too many, I encourage anyone looking to rent from Vonder to read the google reviews for the specific building they're looking to rent. They blame issues on the previous company but as a new tenant they're very much still existing problems and these people do not respond to a single email once the contract is signed and they have your money. Truly appalling, so bad that they have staff leaving fake 5 start reviews.
Also it has become increasingly difficult to get packages no matter what time you go. If consiege is going to be absent, can you not put multiple cameras in the post room so we can get our stuff. It’s bad enough that some of us don’t have mailbox keys as it is
My time at Vonder was not that long but I must say that Tida made that time really special as she’s been supportive and proactive. She even helped resolve an issue on her leave day. I am very thankful of her help!

I have been a tenant for over two years, I enjoy being part of the Vonder community! The new building manager ( David ) is a star and always on top of things! I would recommend 100%

The staff was quick to respond to maintenance requests. Tida especially has been super helpful in making sure that such requests are addressed properly with a long term fix.
I also appreciate that there was someone at the reception almost always during my tenancy.
The end of tenancy process was also quite smooth and I found the cleaning charges to be quite reasonable wrt london rates.

My partner and I were tenants in one of their properties until 2022. After moving out, Vonder raised a claim through the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) for alleged excessive utility use and end-of-tenancy cleaning. The TDS case was settled in January 2023, where we agreed to the cleaning payment, which was deducted from our deposit and paid directly to Vonder. The remainder of Vonder’s claim was rejected because they did not provide evidence to the TDS to support their case.
Despite that resolution, Vonder emailed me again in December 2024 demanding payment, including the same cleaning cost already paid to them via the TDS, now relabelled as “rent arrears.” I responded in full within 24 hours, and they never replied. They emailed again last month, which I responded to within their stated 14-day deadline, but again received no reply. They emailed me once more today with a new 7-day deadline, repeating the same claim as though none of my previous responses existed. I am, once again, replying within 24 hours.
My response last month included a detailed written explanation sent by email on 7 October 2025 and by recorded post on 8 October 2025, which was delivered on 13 October 2025 with proof of receipt. Despite this, they continue to claim they have “not heard from me.”
Although Vonder provided one energy statement and one water bill, they have never supplied any full calculations, breakdowns, or further invoices to justify the remaining charges. Despite multiple written responses from me, the issue remains unresolved.
It’s concerning that a company managing so many tenancies can operate with such poor internal communication and record-keeping, repeatedly ignoring correspondence and then issuing further payment demands and threats of escalation. This has caused unnecessary stress and wasted a significant amount of time.
I’ve now copied Vonder’s marketing department into my latest email in the hope that they can help direct this matter to the correct team, as my previous responses do not appear to have reached the relevant personnel - despite my replies being sent directly to the same email address that contacted me. I genuinely don’t understand how my emails have not been received.
If you are renting with Vonder, I strongly recommend keeping detailed written records of all communications, including proof of delivery, as responses are not always acknowledged even when sent and received.
David the property manager has been really helpful and proactive recently to resolve issues raised. Thank you.

I am very happy with Vonder Village. I am a long-term tenant here and have already renewed my tenancy because I am extremely satisfied. The property is well-maintained, the support team is excellent, and the customer service is always helpful and responsive.
Everyone who works in the building is professional and respectful, and the community here is amazing — safe, friendly, and welcoming. I especially want to thank Mr. David, who manages everything perfectly. He is truly the best property manager I have had in my 10 years of living in the London
Before moving here, I had to change my home almost every year due to poor management elsewhere. But since I moved to. Vonder Village, I finally feel settled and happy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Vonder’s Vulcan house - I’ve really enjoyed staying here for the last year. The flats are modern with new appliances (my flat came furnished). When we moved in we needed some extra furniture which Vonder brought through really quickly (a new couch, an extra dresser etc) with no hassles! Vonder has a great maintenance app where you can log any issues and they attend to them really quickly with kind and speedy responses. Our building’s manager David Frai has always been great and all in all no major complaints! Only thing I would say is that the buildings are right next to the main road so you can hear cars driving past when the windows are open but because of the double glazing you don’t hear too much if they are closed. Thank you Vonder, I really appreciate everything!

The experience has been great, thanks to David the manager. He has been very helpful to help us settle in and super quick to get the maintenance team fixing the little issue with the flat. The area is great and we are really enjoying the flat.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by David, who manages my property through Vonder.
From the beginning of my tenancy, I was impressed by the condition of the flat — it looked immaculate, exceptionally clean, and maintained to a very high standard, almost as if brand new. This reflects the quality and care that Vonder and David put into their property management.
Throughout my tenancy, David has consistently demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and great attention to detail. He responds promptly to any queries or maintenance matters and ensures that everything is handled smoothly and effectively. His proactive communication and commitment to high standards have made the entire experience very positive and stress-free.
It is evident that David takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about the tenants and the properties he manages. His reliability and professionalism reflect very positively on Vonder as an organisation.
I am extremely satisfied with the standard of service provided and would highly recommend Vonder.

I lived in Vander for about 2 years and was satisfied with all the arrangements for the complex. All arrangements, whether regarding the flat or the complex, were made through the good manager there, David, and the fun programs they took into consideration. I am always grateful to David for supporting me at all stages. Good luck, exemplary manager

Safety hazards never attend 1. Lights in corridor have been out for two months now. We have to walk in complete dark as this is reconstruction building.
2. parcels were stolen from communal area, still waiting for managment to reply to the POLICE regarding CCTV.
Could anyone from Vonder reply emails please?! or answer the phone?
My favourite place I ever lived in Vonder village inLondon. So much space in the flat, and parking available. The staff are so nice as well especially the community manager Sorcha 😊 Definitely check out the events if you can!

My experience renting through Vonder in Mainz, Germany, was the worst I have ever had. The building is in a disgraceful, unsafe, and uninhabitable state, and Vonder not only ignored repeated complaints but also unlawfully rejected my 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer law. The conditions were so appalling that simply living in the building felt like a health and safety risk every single day.
Common Areas – Extremely Hazardous and Unlivable:
From the moment I arrived, the common areas of the building were in shocking condition. Halls, staircases, elevators, and terraces were covered with trash bags, discarded furniture, food leftovers, and leaking waste. The smell of rotting garbage spread throughout the building, attracting flies and insects, and creating the constant risk of rodent infestations. Walking through the corridors was unpleasant and, at times, almost impossible because of the filth.
In addition to trash, there were ongoing construction works inside the building itself. Apartments all around mine were being renovated at the same time, with materials, tools, and debris left scattered in the hallways. Dust and fine particles were always in the air, making breathing difficult and dangerous, especially for anyone with allergies or respiratory problems. Since moving in, I personally suffered from continuous breathing issues caused by this environment.
The situation was not only unhygienic but also life-threatening. Staircases and emergency exits were blocked by piles of rubbish, broken furniture, and construction debris, making evacuation in case of fire or earthquake practically impossible. For a residential property, this is completely unacceptable — tenants are literally trapped by the negligence.
Noise levels were also intolerable. Construction works took place inside neighboring units on a daily basis, and since there is no sound insulation in the building, the noise in my apartment was as loud as in the construction sites themselves. It was impossible to rest or work. Adding to this, some tenants left their doors open, played loud music, and even kept birds, which created further unbearable noise pollution.
Security was another major concern. The main entrance of the building, as well as the secondary entrance to Block A, were left open most of the time. Construction workers and outsiders had unrestricted access to the property. On top of this, the smell of narcotics was often present in the hallways, leaving me feeling unsafe in my own building.
Even the basic facilities were unusable. The elevator broke down frequently, forcing tenants to use filthy staircases piled with trash. The laundry center was in such a state of dirt and disrepair that it was impossible to use, despite being advertised as part of the rental arrangement. The mailboxes were broken and insecure, with mine left permanently open and filled with other people’s mail.
Taken together, the state of the common areas made the building completely unfit for habitation. Tenants were forced to live in conditions that are unsanitary, unsafe, and degrading.
Apartment Defects:
The apartment itself also had multiple problems. The bathroom light was not working when I moved in, and two of the lamps were unusable because of the lack of sockets on that wall. There were no shelves or even a toilet paper holder in the bathroom. The freezer in the kitchen could not be opened due to faulty design, and the kitchen lacked basic equipment such as cups. Furnishings were incomplete, with no bins other than a small bathroom one and no cleaning equipment at all.
Hygiene on arrival was unacceptable: dirty dish rack, food residue in drawers, a smelly refrigerator, an unclean microwave, and cutlery and dishes that had not been properly washed. The bed frame and walls had visible stains, and there was even a ball of hair on the shower hose.
Many of these issues were only fixed after I explicitly requested them.
Conclusion
The only positive aspect of my stay was communication with the local community manager, who was polite, responsive, and genuinely tried to help within her limits. Unfortunately, her efforts could not compensate for the sheer neglect of Vonder’s management.
Overall, this was an appalling and dangerous rental experience. Vonder knowingly rents out apartments in a building that is unsafe, filthy, and uninhabitable, while denying tenants their legal rights. This company shows a complete disregard for health, safety, and consumer protection. I strongly warn anyone against renting with Vonder.
