It was a great experience at Vonder

The stay was amazing, The service was great. Very tidy and clean. Aggie was very friendly and helpful her kindness made the whole experience even better. I really enjoyed my stay at Vonder.

Some Positives, But Overall Disappointing

I rented a flat in Berlin for a planned three months but left after 1.5. Thankfully, they were flexible and allowed me to end the contract early, only charging for two months, and returned the deposit promptly within four weeks.

The room was clean, comfortable, and mostly as advertised, though it was noisier than expected and located on the first floor despite photos showing a higher floor.

The move-in process was inconvenient, requiring me to travel across the city to collect keys, and the welcome information lacked details such as mailbox names and a complete inventory (e.g., no knives or chopping boards despite “equipped kitchen” being listed).

A major issue was my flatmate, who ignored house rules, making the apartment feel unsafe and unclean. My complaints received very slow responses, and the rules were not enforced. It would also help if tenants were informed when new flatmates move in to make the experience more welcoming.

Overall, the company was fair, but poor communication and lack of enforcement around tenant behavior significantly impacted my stay.

Cut off power, cut off water, no one cares the tenants!

This company took over New Horizons Court TW8 9GQ from 1st Aug. They only cared about if the rent is paying into the correct account and nothing else!
No one is replying emails with ongoing repair issues! We just had a cut off power, cut off water, and there is no one to help! Please stay away from the company if you are a tenant!

One star is overrated for this company. For those who see this message, please avoid Vonder at all cost, unless you want to experience all the nuances we have been through.

I haven't seen a property management could be as bad as Vonder. Basically no one is going to reply your email unless they want to get money from you. No one will be at the concierge. You will have very poor WiFi and no one will come to fix it. No one is cleaning your exterior windows. But, every year they are going to increase your rent by fixed 5%.

You deserve better, really.

Regarding exterior windows, these are cleaned regularly by a specialised team for the entire building, though unfortunately environmental conditions can make them appear dirty again sooner.

On rent increases, we do not apply automatic annual increases across all properties. In some cases, where a building has recently transitioned from another management company, contracts and services have changed, which may affect pricing. This also reflects the difference in the level of service, amenities and community events and many more.

We acknowledge that the summer holiday season may sometimes cause delays, but our team is committed to minimising any impact this could have on residents. We’re always open to hearing more about your concerns and would be happy to look into them further.

Dreadful throughout

Just dreadful experience as a management company.
Don’t reply to emails. Send wrong information when they finally do.
Leak confidential tenants information via emails. I don’t know how that company is ran but something has to change

Friendly, Professional, and Really Listened

It was a great six months there

It was a great six months there. I didn't even worry about a single thing when I moved in. Until my move-out day I didn't encounter a problem. Rooms are a bit small but you have everything you need. Heating and air conditioning is fine both winter and summer was comfortable. If ever need a place to stay %100 this is the place!

Kudos to team in Wembley!

I’ve been living in Wembley park for a while now and was initially planning to rent with Quantain ( a huge brunch in wembley), I have decided to move forward here because of Pablo and Iga. And still one thing that really stands out is the team. Right now you’ve got Eitam, Tal, Agi and Sorsha ( hopefully I didnt mixed up the names ) based in the office always friendly, helpful and actually involved with what’s happening around the building.

Before them, there was Pablo and Iga, and they also did a fantastic job!

Flat Viewing

David Frai of Vonder lettings showed a number of flats today.
He gave plenty of time to see the four flats and were not rushed and answered all the questions and more.
