Abdullah is very good at responding and sort out the problems.

The building management wasn’t really great at the beginning when we moved. Been a couple of months I see the imporvement, with the maintenance service.
Special thank you to Abdullah Leghari, who proactively resolved our reported issue.

The team at VONDER has been exceptional from the very start, especially Tida and Ty. Tida is incredibly quick at addressing any queries and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Both she and Ty are friendly, professional, and always responsive, making every interaction smooth and easy. I highly recommend them!

We rented a property through this company. According to our tenancy agreement, Vonder are listed as the responsible letting agent

Now that our tenancy is ending and we need a reference for a new property, the company is refusing responsibility and claiming another company should provide it. However, Goodlord does not accept that reference because the second company is not named in our contract.

As a result, we are stuck in a very stressful situation. Our contract is about to end, we cannot complete our new tenancy, and no one is responding to our emails or phone calls.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Professional help from the assisting staff was excellent. Navigating the website was fairly easy.

Great stay and service

Working with Ty at the Stevenage site is always a pleasure. He is professional, reliable, and very good at his job. Ty consistently goes above and beyond to be helpful and is an excellent letting agent who genuinely cares about the residents. He takes the time to support and guide them through the process. He is a real asset to the company.

The company is great, they reply to mails and solve any queries within hours. I havent been staying at this place since 1st July at Glockenturmstrasse 40 and honestly its been great. Looking forward to a long and peaceful stay. ❤️

Amazing company they sort out your issues very quickly. My dishwasher wasn’t working . They replaced it . Any issues I have David the property manager sorts it all out in a timely manner. Matt is just an email away and responds quickly. Master properties is an amazing company and their staff gurps has the most amazing customer service putting tenants first. We had a power cut on Saturday and David sorted out generators out of his working hours . The power cut was the fault of another company and the whole street was affected but David managed to get all 3 buildings up and running whitin 24 hours. Best property manager I have come across . Love my flat

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Aeroplanes flying 1000ft above every 90 seconds for 11 hours a day. Emergency sirens every five minutes from the main road.antisocial neighbours with loud music being played till 4am, boy racers revving their cars outside the flats into the early hours of the morning. Illegal renting an Airbnb leading to 200+ gatecrashers completely trashing the entire building. Overflowing bins, only collected once a week, sometimes not for two weeks over the holidays. Rats everywhere. Car parks are filthy with abandoned vehicles, litter, piles of leaves and flooded due to blocked drainage. Stolen parcels every single day.

Filthy carpets with dog piss and shit everywhere. Broken floor tiles, lifts been out of order for eight weeks now leaving disabled residence trapped on upper floors. Smoking in corridors. Drugs, smoking in flats and the smell and his other flats through the vent system.front doors that don’t lock. Landlord prevents you from access to electricity metres, giving you wildly inaccurate meter readings and charges. No option to change suppliers so they are committing an offence whereby tenants in the UK have a right to either access the meter or choose their supplier. You can never speak to anyone in management and your emails will go on answered. Windows that are broken or do not open properly. It was 45c in my flat in the summer, and in the winter, it gets as low as 10c. There is only underfloor heating and it doesn’t work properly. Street lamps that have stopped working and been knocked over and never fixed.Darkness. Constant electricity power cuts, which means no heating, no ability to cook food and even the running water supply is cut off. This is a regular occurrence.

Without notice or consent, random strangers use the master key to enter the flat for viewings or to steal my fruit and my cooker hood lightbulb (I found the cover removed and a bulb missing)! One time I was actually in the flat and a man let himself in without knocking or prior notice. Ground maintenance is non-existent, the patch of grass behind the buildings are dog toilets and overgrown in the winter and completely barren in the summer.

Management have a very poor response rate and failure to communicate and maintain essential structure/repairs of the building and individual flats. They are invisible, gatekeepers and greedy.

Very close to the train station, and easy to access city centre (about 20 minutes)
Always friendly and helpful staff
Warm in winter and cool in Summer
very close shopping centre to fulfill all needs from Supermarket, homegoods, pharmacy, cafe, furniture and textile items
Great parties to get to know others staying here and learning more about Munich
Great gym
They even have a beautiful Christmas tree at Christmas time!

I stayed with my daughter, and I would recommend for small families looking for a safe and comfortable place before moving on. I would also recommend to students who would like to have access to the city and have a comfortable place to stay and also have the opportunity to socialize with other students new arrived in Munich.

Building overall is nice, good amenities, everything you need! security could be increased though.
The management team is really kind and helpful, Tida was my property manager whilst I was there, and she is honestly the best! she’d solve any issue promptly and in the most efficient way. She’s super helpful and understanding!

Disappointing experience renting through Vonder in Berlin. The apartment on Bismarckstrasse and the whole building were like a SHANTY TOWN in India, where common aereas were filled with trash, old IKEA furniture, food waste and leaking bags.
Noise 24/7, even at night. The bathroom fan didn’t work, broken furniture, dirty mattress and pilows, old cooking pots and no good maintenance at all. Definitely a not good experience.
