Backed their cable first back in 2018 on Kickstarter, didn't regret it. Back then it was innovative and then they kept fine tuning it. Since them they have more products also. For a while i didn't follow them but they got my attention again with their new Volta Max cable, waiting for it to arrive atm., but i have good hopes. They always keep pushing forward and that's always a good sign of a brand. They are also friendly and kind. Personally i had good experience with the customer support, my cable broke on me and they shipped a new one for free. Not to mention they are supporting those in need, so your purchases also goes for a good cause. Keep up the good work guys! ✌️

By far the best cables and power bank I have ever bought - and I’ve been through many! I started with the Volta 2.0 then upgraded to the Spark and now waiting on the next gen cables. Customer service is second to none and you really feel like you’re getting personal service. Can’t recommend them enough. If you are hesitating then I truly recommend taking the plunge - you won’t be disappointed!

The products and support are of exceptional quality. The dedication and enthusiasm with which the products are crafted is evident, and any concerns regarding quality are addressed promptly and efficiently.

My first purchase of a new type of cabling product three years ago has withstood the test of time and is still running strong even now. New products coming I'm already interested in, as it's just an upgrade all around on the already great product I have right now. Would recommend for someone without a lot of devices, otherwise you'll be either buying tons of tips or interchanging them constantly, but once you're in, you're all in.

I've been a Volta Customer for 5 years now. Honestly, the build quality of their products is insanely good. I've never had a cable to break and the paint doesn't wear off either. They REALLY put a lot into these cables, which is why I continue to support them again and again.

Been using their chargers and devices for years. I've had many, many interactions with customer service over issues with older devices going bad and with video and pictures (Normal for the type of industry) they've been replaced without complaint. The items are the best in the business when it comes to magnetic adapters, and most of the sort WILL destroy devices and cause fires. These are not the same low quality ones that come from really, really badly QA'd factories that mass-produce product without caring for any of the output. In the end it will come down to the user to care for their items to get the most use out of them..

I have a few different products from Volta. Their Iphone/Watch/QI charger is still the only tri dock I have that doesn't disconnect randomly from my watch. It's nice, considering I've had it for years and I'm on beta OS software. It's not a common trait. Their GAN wall chargers are definitely on par with most top of the line ones, and their USB C hubs have gotten me out of a tough situation a few times.

I won't go anywhere else for cables anymore if I have the option. They're worth the cost.

I bought the Volta spark 100 watt charger with 3 mixed tips. It has been the best cord ever. After Volta announce the Volta max, I was very excited to have a cord to do it all. The Volta max will max stronger magnetic tip, 20GBS of transfer speeds, and the same magnetic swappable tips as before. I can’t wait to get my Volta max for my business and personal needs.

I've been using their products since 2020, Innovation and excellence drive Volta forward. Their cables and chargers are excellent travel companions or permanent desk solutions. Their most recent endeavors 'Volta Max' and 'Volta MaxGo' are proof this company is still pushing into the future.

I have used their cables for years and been happy with them. The tips wear out, but that's to be expected.
I was running low on tips, so I ordered a bunch of stuff, mostly spare tips, sometime before Christmas. They contacted me that they had lost a shipment to the trouble in the Red Sea and that it would take some time before they could deliver. I was okay with that. At this point they had already charged me the money for the purchase.
They later officially discontinued the product category from which I had ordered items. I did not get any communication regarding my order, so I presumed they would fulfill outstanding paid orders.
After five months, I contacted them about a status update and was informed that my order could not and would not be fulfilled, notably I could not get the extra tips that I wanted for my existing cables. We negotiated an alternative order which pointedly for me did not include any cables, only tips since the cables are worthless without tips and I already have all the cables that I need. I was given a list of items to confirm, which I did, and then those items plus some cables were shipped, the cost of which I was not refunded. I objected to this and negotiated a return of the cables. I sent the cables after which nothing happened for months. The package has now been returned to me by the courier. At least they did pay for the postage.
TL;
I cannot recommend buying their product.
They discontinue tips for their cables which is like discontinuing toner for a printer: Essentially planned obsolescence. If they just discontinued the cables but kept selling the tips, that would be perfectly fine.
Customer service has been a mixed experience. They handled one RMA case well, but my experience with this order has been nothing short of abysmal.
They shipped me cables I did not want after the tips became unavailable, and now they apparently refuse to take them back.

My customer service case has since been resolved, shortly after I posted this review. I will keep the review as is because that was the experience I had, and if public complaining on Trustpilot is necessary, it's a failure.
My point on discontinuing the tips still stand. The cables have been sold with a set of specs which are still valid today. They are good quality, I have had no cable break or even noticably degrade in quality over the five years I've used them, I can't even tell the newer ones from the older ones, bought years apart. I still use them for the same devices for which I bought them in the first place, as well as other fitting applications. They are still useful, and would continue to be for years and years if I could get the disposable parts. By all means, move with the times, discontinue old cables, but please keep selling the tips. The tips are disposable, they are expected to wear out, and as such should remain available for people who bought the main product on the promise that it would last them a long time.

I received an email that said that my item was deliviered. I checked the Canada Post tracking and it said that it was still en route to Canada. I decided to forward the email to Volta and just to let them know that I didn't receive the item yet, even though it said it was deliveried. I told them I thought it was still coming as Canada Post has not changed their status of it.

Volta said that they would send me a second package because the delivery company could not prove that the item was deliveried. I received the second shipment within about a week or so and the original item is still saying that the item is en route to Canada and the status has not changed since July 5.

The best customer service ever, generous and kind, my shipment was lost by my courier but they said that they will ship another one! I was surprised and also happy.

I had a great experience with Volta. They have really good products and my experience dealing with them was also good. I bought the VoltaGo charger (set of 3). Although the shipment reached late in my hands but they kept a track of my shipment and made sure it reached me. VoltaGo charger is an amazing product with strong magnetic hold for wireless charging. It has a stand of its own while it is charging. Very happy with the product.

I had a great experience with Volta. They have great products and they always try to solve problems even when they don't have the products available. I hope they'll keep improving their products because they are great. They changed the way I interact with my devices and made the recharging process so much easier.

bought a VOLTA Spark magnetic cables for over 100 euros with a supposed warranty and all but stopped working after 7 months of usage magnetic tips have issues so wanted to buy replacements not even under warranty out of my pocket but their Amazon store (Volta Charger UK) is gone and on their web page shows it is out of stock when I wrote asking about it was told that they are discontinuing them to make different type cables quote "We are bringing in a new cable soon which will replace all the previous cables we've ever released with its enhanced features" so easily waste some more money never buying again any of their products and don't recommend others either

I can't say enough good things about Volta Charger! Their magnetic cables have simplified my life in so many ways. No more fumbling with different cables for each device - now I can easily switch between charging my phone, laptop, and other gadgets with just one cable. The magnetic connection is strong and reliable, giving me peace of mind knowing my devices are charging safely. Volta Charger has truly revolutionized the way I charge.
