I have been with Volta for many years & purchased many items. One of the reasons was the lifetime warranty.
Last few weeks I've been having problems with my Volta spark cable & tips. Charging was becoming inconsistent, the tips keep on falling off & the silver piece at the bottom of the tip has come off & won't go onto the tip.

I contacted Volta who said that as they've discontinued Volta spark the warranty isn't valid (there was no mention of this anywhere when I 1st purchased). I would have thought that the sensible option would have been to replace the faulty item with what is available & then say that the warranty is for 1yr, 2yrs or whatever.

I am very very disappointed with their response & am actually considering going to another brand.( Good offer on Amazon for the INIU USB c cable 2 pack).

Would I purchase from Volta in the future? Most likely no. Would I recommend Volta? Most definitely no.

Adedayo was prompt and attentive throughout, making sure the VoltaGo Max battery banks I ordered were delivered quickly and without any issues. Everything arrived safely and worked straight away. I first came across VoltaCharger years ago through a friend, back when they released the SPARK cables, and I was genuinely impressed by their build quality and practicality—no worrying about damaged ports or broken tips.

Now that I’ve made my own purchase, I feel confident the company will continue to grow and refine its products. With an active community on Discord and other platforms, it’ll be interesting to see how they position themselves in a competitive market. More competition usually brings more innovation, so I’m looking forward to seeing what they develop next.

Robust and substantial build. Display very clear and useful. A bit heavier than expected but it does give confidence in its longevity. Capacity charges my phone for about 40 hours under heavy use, so good value for money. Looking at other Volta products for purchase. 🧐👍🏽

Purchased cable and some tips along with the new max battery bank and items were missing from the packaging as it was only in a plastic mailer not a box, support has been unhelpful for replacing the case that was lost offered a measly 30% discount instead of replacing the lost item, also lost one of my packs of tips as they are just loosely thrown into the bag.

The Volta team provided a hassle free experience when I was purchasing their charging cables.

The cables were of excellent quality and their customer experience was even better!

Magnetic tips for different ports with a universal cable is a great idea & Volta products had proofed to be reliable & of very good quality.

I am a original backer of their 200W adapter, it has keep my power needs since 2021. I had an issue with missing accessories but their customer support really showed their willingness to fix it, the interaction was really pleasant and I strongly agree with their mission. Highly recommended.

Most of these magnetic cables feel like toys, but the Volta Max is actually built for heavy daily abuse. I use it in my workshop and on the road. The TPE braiding is tough and doesn't fray even after being shoved into my bag a thousand times. Pairing it with the Giga Charger for that 90-minute recharge is a total game changer for my workflow.

I backed the VoltaCharger Go last year and also bought 4 of their new super charging cables 2 1.5m and 2 0.5m in different colors. The cable I used more often broken within 4 months of use. The tip broke inside the charging port of my Samsung phone. My wife was using hers on her iPhone, same issue. The magnetic part of the cable keeps coming off and attaching to the tip inside the phone and without the structure of this small piece, the cable breaks easily. When I complaint about the 1st cable, they made it right and replaced it. Now that the rest of the cables have failed they have stopped answering. My 1st attempt to contact them was on January 2nd, 2026 and I still have to get any acknowledgement of them even receiving my inquiry.

Volta designs with intention. What they build makes everyday life easier for more people than they may ever realize. Excellent company with excellent products.

I’ve backed their Kickstarters and bought from the Volta website at least 4 times now. Always get my orders on time and the one time I had an issue, they fixed it immediately. Really solid company. The only brand i trust

I've been using Volta since 2018 and honestly, I keep coming back. The quality is just better than the cheap stuff you find elsewhere. Once you go magnetic, you really can’t go back to normal plugs.

Great product design ( I ordered VoltaGo Max 27,000 mah power bank),fast shipping and value for money product. Looking forward to buy other innovative tech in future as well. Highly recommended products.

Most magnetic cables are slow, but this one is a beast. It charges my phone to 50% in no time. It’s the perfect mix of convenience and raw power.

I have been using their Volta Max cables for awhile and I'm super happy with it. Last year I switched almost every cables at home and work to the Volta Max and they are working great for me. I also used their Travel Adapter during my trip which is great. Their products have so much potential and room for improvement which I'll follow them to see what they will release next.

So I would recommend everyone to try their products. However the price for Volta Max might be a bit high compare to many cables on Amazon but they have promotions throughout the years which might help.

I've been a customer of Volta since 2018, and used most of their products (Volta XL, Volta 2.0, Spark, MAX, VoltaGo, VoltaGo MAX, etc). With the understanding that it's a small outfit, I've been pretty happy with my experience over the years. Whenever there's been an issue, they've always been able to resolve things to my satisfaction.

My most recent experience has been with the VoltaGo MAX, a large capacity battery bank that can also wirelessly charge devices. I use it all the time; it's very handy to be able to just take a battery bank with a couple of cables (it pairs especially well with their line of magnetics) and be able to handle a full day with basically anything that needs power.

The thing I like about Volta is that they push the envelope on what's possible with new technologies, iterate on what they've learned to make improvements, and always engineer things to a high level of quality.

Very disappointed the worst purchase ever, the power bank doesn’t even charge an iPhone 16 pro 2 times with full charge, my ipad just got charged 90% and got flat, they didn’t send the cable tips complete, the took more than one month to send the device, and support has been even worse stop replying when asked for warra

I have been backing up Volta products from start, VoltaGo, Volta max cable, travelGo Adapter and so on.. total 7 orders I presume.

Best company to take care of customers and top notch quality of products as promised always.

They keep researching to make product better, makes me more happy to back the company for upcoming products.

After waiting for my order for 5 weeks that was supposed to be in stock i got my order, but nothing as ordered. Their support didn't answer my email, but were at least responsive on discord. After some back and forth i had to pay return shipping to get my money back
