Cygnet is a company that I trust and has quality products that I trust. I recently purchased an audio adaptor after having had a couple of low cost other brands of a similar product which became frustrating to operate. The Cygnett Audio adaptor works very well, it pairs with my headphones easily and quickly. The display screen showing connections and battery are both game changers for this type of advice. I use this to connect 2 headphones to my TV. As far as I am concerned this product is an absolute winner. Additionally the service from Cygnett is exemplary.

I have found over the years that this brand of power bank is the best in longest life, fastest charge , reliability and build.

Have now purchased 20000 ah chargers, one for me and because I was so impressed with the product purchased a 2nd one for a very good friend. Had a hiccup with one item but sorting it out with the company was a breeze. At no time did i get the feeling my issue wasn't treated as genuine. Matter resolved easily and quickly. I love this little beauty, with the USB C and 2 USB A outputs and the battery capacity indicator, oh as well as a cool little slot to attach a lanyard as well as a way to strain relief your cables. Delivery is quick and you will need to check me on this, but it looks like it will be compliant with the new Australian rules on what size battery packs you can take on the aircraft

I always buy Cygnet products. I like the fact that you don’t have to go to a specialised technology shop. I usually buy from my local Big W. Cygnet brand offer a 5year guarantee on their usb cables. I had never had one break before but recently one did. The after sales care I was given (via email) was more than I expected. I was offered a new cable & was always treated respectfully.
