Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience with Vola.ro. I booked and paid for plane tickets in full, receiving the official confirmation of the reservation. Later, I was notified that I had to pay a difference of almost 300 euros to get my tickets, on the grounds that the price increased in their system, after I paid, citing provisions in the "Terms and Conditions". These provisions are abusive, flagrantly contravene the law, so they are null and void. According to the law, once the offer is made and the price is paid, the contract is considered concluded. It is unacceptable for a client to assume the technical risks or synchronization incapacities of the agency. Instead of respecting their contract and the confirmation issued, Vola.ro tries to transfer the cost of their inefficiency to the consumer. Therefore, I do not recommend this platform. Avoid if you don't want to wake up with extra money requests after thinking you have your flight sealed!

SCAM SCAM SCAM

This company is complete scam.
Any email reply you get is full of irrelevant questions. I tried to book in 24hrs before flight and got no reply from their customer service till after the dates I was suppose to fly. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I payed for the check in online , they send me a thousand of nonesential emails with offers and under them an email that I have to give more data for the check in , I gave them once and at least they should worn me about that and not sending me a thousand offers. I was busy all day long and the check in wasn t made because of them . I will never use them again and they responded that It s good what they do , they should have send an warning at least for the check in not all that offers to hide the important email . So I payed my check in 55€ just because I choose an romanian company wich I regret now .

Decided I wanted more luggage 2 days…

Decided I wanted more luggage 2 days before the flight. Couldn’t add it on the app, but it took less than 5 minutes on the Vola chat. Now I’m happy I have space for all my Tuscany Outfits. I Wholeheartedly reccomend!

Absolute gratitude

Andrei from Customer Service and Natalia from Ticketing were truly exceptional.

In less than 90 minutes, they found a workable rebooking solution in a hyper-volatile situation, scrambling for alternatives to Colombo, avoiding Middle Eastern airports, while parts of the airspace were still closed.

It honestly felt like a small miracle. I couldn’t make it work on the Turkish Airlines website on my own, but with Vola’s team involved, it suddenly became possible.

I’m deeply grateful for their help, speed, and calm professionalism.

Congrats, Vola, for your HR team and for your customer service team.

You rock.

Very bad company

Very bad company, before couple years was on right but from last year in November I noticed that they lie so much with the flights.
So, you buy the flight but they don’t send you the ticket by email never. So, if you are not making picture to your reservation you can’t speak with them about your flight because they can’t find you on the sistem which is not true, they really can find by searching your name. Why they doing that?
To tell you that the flight which you booked is full and if you want accept another day which obviously that is going to cost you more.
I hope, this company to be excluded from market as quick as possible.
