we paid in advanced, then after a month they told us we shoul give more money if we want to "protect" from the posibility of the price going up....we already paid in advanced !!! ALL THE MONEY !!looks like a scamming method...a cheap and dirty way to get more money. they tell you a price, then increase it!

We traveled with this company 5 times and this last time which was the 6th time was so disappointing. We went on the Christmas Tour to New York City. It was very cold, the city had slippery streets with snow and ice and we had 45 people on our bus. (Most of our people were older and could not walk that well.)This was Christian Tours new trip for Christmas and a first trip for our guide. In my opinon, it was not planned well. There were times we were standing around for 2 to 3 hours with nothing to do! The bus was too full, making us have to wait everyplace the group went to the bathroom or to eat. The City was packed. We stayed in NJ and came back and forth through the tunnels every day for three days. This took time which could have been spent sight seeing if we had been in a hotel in the City. For us and others too, it was a nightmare. The Rocketes show as wonderful, the lunch at Macy's was delicious, the NY City guide on bus took us on a 4-hour tour and it was magnificent. I saw many places I had never seen. The bus driver was more than accommodating. When we returned, I wrote a letter explaining how I thought the trip could be improved in the future. Heather Paul, granddaughter of the owner, practically attacked me on the phone about my criticism. She was rude, abrupt, and certainly needs to take a customer service course to improve her attitude. I was so offended that I will not recommend nor will I ever take a Christian Tour again. I don't know how they keep customers coming back as you better not voice your opinion as you will not get a good telephone call from management.

I participated in the Costa del Sol circuit Jan.2026. 3x days before departure, as we were told and as referred in the concluded contract, I should have received an information document related to the circuit with very important information. Although I expressly requested the document from the travel agent, she refused to give it to us.
Instead, we were sent a document for departure to GREECE! INSANE! Without having the information from the document, I had to pay 146 EUR extra at the airport!
At Ch. Tour, after you pay for the tourist package, essential information is not sent to you even though they insist on receiving it.
They answer you nervously, with indifference and then you pay the price of their negligence.
If you file complaints, with evidence/documents attached, they do not even give you an answer.
ATTENTION, avoid purchasing tour packages from them!

Worst experience ever.
We bought a 7 days holiday in Antalya which started really bad.
The Hotel was presented as a 5 star hotel, but in reality maybe it was a 3 star, or even less.
We got a different room, uncleaned, where the air con brought hot food smell and the bathroom was super dirty.
We had to argue for hours to change the room with no success.
I will never book another trip with this company

I’m very disappointed with Christian Tour. Our flight schedule for the Egypt trip was changed in such a way that we lost two full days from the holiday package we originally booked. This was never properly communicated in advance, and it really affected our experience.

On our way back, the transfer to the airport was also poorly organized. Even though our hotel was only 10 minutes away from the airport, we were picked up 4 hours before the flight and driven around to collect other tourists from hotels much farther away. It was frustrating, unnecessary, and a waste of time.

Overall, very poor organization and lack of respect for the clients’ time. Definitely not the quality of service you expect from a major travel agency.

Very very bad, we lost a whole day of our trip waiting for their plane. First they told us we have a 4 hours delay, then another 10 hours, after which another 3 hours. In the meantime they offered us two meals and a 3 hours accomodation to a hotel nearby airport.

I booked a trip to Egypt on May 2025.
Payed the advance . At the booking day the departure time was at 8:50 from Cluj Napoca and actually the departure took place at 20:30 which means 12 hours later.
The departure from Egypt was at the booking 22:05 and it took place at 8:30 which means 15 h sooner. We payed but not benefit of whole days and nights.
Christian Tour consider it is a normal practice. Not even excuses.
Will never buy tickets from this company. The airline company is Animawings which belongs to them. They know what they are doing.
Please do not trust them!

My travel with Cristian Tour started from airport Craiova at 12:30pm and took 8 hours to get in our hotel in Istanbul around 8:20pm after a flight of 1h and 5 minutes!!! . At Istanbul airport we spend 3 hours because our guide has no sign to be easy identify and after discovering her she make us waist time for nothing. Day 3 was for visiting grand bazaar in spite of the fact they new bazaar is closed on Sunday, overall was not a trip but more an ordeal giving us a lot of pain...never Cristian Tour, for me was first and last time with this company

We were passengers on the Fall Foliage Tour on Sept. 27th-Oct.4th. The bus was comfortable. We made many new friends and saw some wonderful places we had never been too before. The hotel accommodations were comfortable (great beds!) and the breakfast were delicious. Our bus driver was so friendly and helpful and our director worked hard to make sure we reached our destinations on time. This was our first experience on a bus trip so we discussed what we liked and did not like about this type of travel. I don't like to criticize, as I'm sure it's not an easy feat to get 20+ adults in various physical conditions in and off of a bus and staying within a timeline to get to other locations. Kudos to you Guys! However, we did find the trip to be hurried. Sometimes it felt we were on the bus more than seeing places we wanted to see. The director was sometimes short w/ the way she answered passengers questions, which made her somewhat unapproachable. She was at times confusing w/ the information she gave about places we passed on the bus and did not give the information prior to passing a landmark, etc, so we could be aware and possibly photograph it.
She became very agitated w/ the hotel accommodations at Holiday Inn Express for not being able to get them on the phone and not having our rooms prepared on arrival. I can see why she was frustrated with this, however they adjusted that problem in a timely manner and all was well. Would we travel again w/ Christian tours? Definitely w/ Blake, not so sure w/our director..

Yo buy a vacation with an early morning flight and they change the flight to late evening. This is the second time that happens. Instead of 7 days vacation you will have 6 left. Nice one!

Christian Tour is a travel agency that has refined its methods of deceiving its clients. That is, you buy one, you get another. I'm talking about a tour in Tunisia.
The two methods are: Failure to respect the program/contract by: forming the group on the second day(???) and changing the flights
(also operated by ChT through Animawings, Christian's brother's company).

The experience was disappointed because they have hidden costs and they are dishonest about it. Never replied to me after I made the payments.
Do not recommend.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Christian Tour. When I purchased my holiday package, I was assured that air conditioning and all facilities were included. However, once I arrived, I was told that I had to pay extra to use them. This is misleading and unacceptable. Customers should receive exactly what they pay for, without hidden costs. I would not recommend booking with this agency, as the information provided was not transparent and did not match the reality of the trip.

They scammed us by selling two trips for €160 per person, while the real price was only €40 per person. After a quick search,(23euro for triple trip with transfer and 20 euro for a boat trip) but the middle man from the company aked for 160 per person it became clear that they are scammers in the truest sense of the word. Just stay away from this agency and never book anything with them! They asked us to pay 85 euro per person for a bus ride of approximately 120 km – from alanya to antalya that s insane.They take advantage of the customers’ trust in the company, but in fact they are the biggest scammers there.

In turkey for a period of 7 days, we stayed at a hotel with missing facilities compared to the information from christian tour. The tourist guide said that we will have a journey to special stores (leather and fur, jewelry and a mall) that were for local people.
The stores were total scams, aimed to get as much money from toursits as they can and the quality of the products are extremely low. Full of scams.
All the optional excursions are at least 3 times more expensive compared to the app getyourguide.

The worst tour operator in Romania. Guides change every day and there is no communication between them. On 26th July I was supposed to leave at 9:35 from Antalya, 5:45 transfer. When the bus showed up, an employee says that we have to stay at the hotel because the flight was temporarly cancelled. I had to live in the reception bar, on a couch. The whole day, the flight keeps getting delayed, until it sets for 1:25 am flight and 10:40 pm transfer. After that, I found out from other guests that the flight operator changed (this piece of information was found out by calling the airline), resulting a zero guide - customer communication. When I arrived at the airport, I found out the flight was changed to a non direct flight. The flight got delayed and delayed. I had to sleep in the airport terminal. Finally, the flight started at 7:40 ( resulting a 26 hrs delay).
Btw, other guests called the CEO and got hung up on the phone and the CEO told them he didn t give a damn about their problem.

SHAME ON CHRISTIAN TOUR AND ANIMAWINGS

They don’t even deserve a star, they booked a charter for Antalya on 23 June, 7AM flight. They sent a message about the flight beeing delayed to 9:30 at 8pm the night before, then kept us waiting in the airport for over 10 hours without any proactive news, just lying over and over again about the flight time and the boarding time. This is the first and last time we ever book a vacation with this shitty agency.

Do not recommend this agency.
I booked a trip to Cyprus with my family and the plane had more them 10 hours delay. The only compensation was 100 euro for the next trip with them, never again.
After that they gave us a free tour for Larnaca. The bus also had 2 hours delay. We made the trip by ourselves. Also the guide in Ayia Napa was not in the hotel at the established time. We waited 15 minutes for her, but no sign of her.
3 years ago was not like this, so disappointed.
