True Finance is AMAZING! and helpful!

I have had True finance for a while now. They have never let me down. When I needed a few extra bucks they have always came through for me! I have paid the 4.99 subscription fee for a few months now but I know they have have given me more advances than I have paid in subscription fees. I recommend to anyone needing a few dollars til payday!

I subscribed to True Finance cash…

My last cash advance was debited and repaid on 3/3/26 and since this date, I haven't been able to request another advance. I keep receiving a pop up message that reads: "Identify can't be verified ". Support told me this is a new compliance policy and I needed to check my Equifax credit report, to make sure all my personal information matched what was entered on the True app. So I did that and corrected a minor error and my credit report was immediately updated to match the information True Finance has; but I'm still receiving the same error. For 3-days I've been communicating back and forth with support to find out what the problem is and at least four support persons kept giving me different reasons for the issue. I've tried numerous troubleshooting measures and none of them work to fix the problem. It's clearly an app/system issue on their end, but support is not addressing it to fix it. I'm really aggravated, because it seems the issue is being ignored; awful customer service.

I subscribed to True Finance cash advance during April 2025. As a new member, I initially qualified for a $10 advance and subsequent advances were between $40-$50. Then after a few months paying the $4.99 per month subscription fee and every cash advance repayment paid on time; they suddenly decreased the advance to only $30 with a very vague reason why. My issue is, how they advertise via emails. For instance, their policy reads cash advances available from $10-$100 and the average advance is $40. Obviously, they don't adhere to this and I find the guidelines to be misleading. Other cash advance websites don't decrease the amount of the cash advance, rather they increase it over a certain period of time; based on the customer's repayment history.
