Not sure where the 5 star reviews came…
Not sure where the 5 star reviews came from!! You get a couple of puffs and then you need to charge again! Best I managed was 4 puffs. Then the canister runs out!! I'm not sure how many charges i got out of it but I'm sure it wasn't 20 It might be a safer alternative to cigarette smoking but I wouldn't spend any more money on this until they get it to work as advertised.

For £12 per pack, you expect a product that works.
I don't mind the price if it helps to get me off cigarettes.
I ordered a trial pack which seemed excellent - no fumes, OK taste, simple to use and not bulky. I ordered two deliveries of 5 packs, which arrived in 4 days.
The number of successful charges for each of these packs was as follows -
14, 12, 8, 4, 10, 16, 11, 4, 2 and 5. This is an average of 8 per pack. In addition, the number of puffs per charge was, on average 4.
So, 40% of the marketing claim for charges, and 50% of the claim for puffs.
This means that I have been paying £12 for four cigarettes.
The problem appears to be with the valves (or flaps) in the stick. Normally the inlet valve has been jammimg shut, but a couple of times the outlet valve jammed open. SUPREMELY IRRITATING.

This product is a total waste of money
This product is a total waste of money. You get 3 to 5 pulls out of it. With each pull it gets weaker. No one smoke a cigarette and only have 3 good drags.
I will not spend more money on this product.

Dont waist your time.
I tried this product religiously for a week and got nothing out of it. Complete waist of money.Very disappointed..

I wanted to hate this because of the price.. but considering so much I spend on tabs I have to admit it’s working, I’m feeling much better and really hate vaping which is just another nasty addiction to tobacco companies. Don’t think I’ll have to spend too much more til I stop tbh

Fantastic!
I’ve been a heavy smoker for years. I’ve tried vaping but it never gave me the hit I’d get from a cigarette and was nowhere near the same overall experience. Also all those clouds it produces really get on people’s nerves. A couple of weeks ago I tried my first Voke. Wow. The hit is the same, the feel is the same, even the pack looks the same. And, no clouds. I’m converted already.

Voke has really helped me cut down on cigarettes
Voke has really helped me cut down on cigarettes. Took me a while to get the hang of how to fill it, but I really enjoy using it now. It relieves a craving very quickly, and I have found I am going outside to have a cigarette much less frequently when I use Voke. I would recommend to anyone trying to stop.

I found this product really easy to use…
I found this product really easy to use after watching a 2 minute video by the company on youtube. If you actually want to quit or reduce the amount you smoke I think this is the best product I have tried over the years. The craving stops immediately which is fantastic compared to patches etc and you still feel like you've had a smoke of sorts. People moaning about the cost need to think about the cost (health and pocket) of smoking or vaping for the rest of their lives. The fact it is classed as a medical device is a bonus as it means you can use it anywhere, even on the tube or plane! Overall I'm really happy with it.

Took a while to figure out the best way to fill it (a bit like a lighter) and smoke - you have to draw harder than a cig, but only need a couple of puffs to stop you wanting a smoke. I kept topping it up so it was always full.
Plenty of things to improve like maybe just have a longer lasting inhaler space (vape size?) but works work me!

Great alternative to smoking and vaping
Great product, very well made and exactly what I was looking for. A more natural alternative to nicotine sprays, that also helps with the habit, due to the cigarette style inhaler.
I was never a fan of the various vapes and e-cigs available, but seems like a great product.
Using to cut down smoking at the moment, but could be great to help me totally quit, with will power of course.
Will definitely buy again, excellent free home delivery and not a bad price if it contains the equivalent of 20 cigarettes

I was a social cigarette smoker
I was a social cigarette smoker, then stopped in favour of a vape. The problem was however, that a vape never goes out (like a cigarette). The habit then increased to the point where I was (at times) welded to a vape. I'm sure many can relate to this? This was not good, as it lead to confusion, constant brain fog, anxiety, mood swings, etc. Work suffered, as did my home life. I'm not saying its the chemicals in vape oil, as I have no evidence for that - however it could well have been the culprit.
Then I found Voke, which I think is brilliant. The whole ethos helped me to get away from the vapour. I became more clear headed, less anxious and much happier. I don't use a vape now - and I only use the Voke a few times a day. Clearly it takes will power, but it definitely helped me to kick the vapour in to touch. I'd thoroughly recommend Voke..!!

Clean Design. Functionally Useless.
In a nutshell, I so thought that this product would be a game-changer but, it turned out to be a total waste of money. Nice packaging, easy to use, clean and convenient too. Charging up is okay but 4 or 5 puffs from one charge? This is definitely not equivalent to a 20 pack. Very expensive for what it is (would be expensive at half the price and should not be priced at the same level as a packet of cigarettes), unreliable hit that even when drawn gently - can spurt odd tasting liquid into your mouth two or even three times in the same draw. It really is a nice idea but this product is, at best, inconsistent when it comes to effectively satisfying cravings. Even its novelty factor wears off after a couple of uses. I found myself only frustrated with it, after spending £12 and not finding one useful, redeeming feature. This is definitely not the way to help give up smoking. You'll need a pack of the real things to help you cope with the stress of using a Voke! I hope it gets developed further but 'as is' - I'm glad I tried it and as such, have the fortunate knowledge of knowing that I don't need to splash out on it ever again. I would like to think that KC's R&D department will take another shot at redesigning this, to incorporate better and consistent delivery, more generous pre-fill, and a fairer price. Flavour choice would be a bonus, too.
To Voke: the lack of need for coils, batteries, chargers and liquids makes this a viable, clean and attractive alternative to smoking AND vaping. If you want to win us over, please don't waste our time and money with a half-baked, poorly designed product.
Try again.
PS: I notice that my review was marked as 'reviewer contacted'. I can absolutely confirm that Voke have NOT contacted me at all so, I have not declined to respond, I just haven't been contacted. Have Voke remodelled their product already or are these 5 star reviews from employees? Very suspicious pattern of reviews. No matter. Sticking with a vape... that works.

Very rubbish product

Total rip off
Meant to charge 20times mine charged like seven times each one weaker.
Would be better if nicotine was adjustable or even inhale more potent was just totally crap especially considering the price

Good point is it works
Good point is it works , satisfy the urge
Bad points - it’s ridiculously expensive , when your quitting it’s the benefits like health , cost that keep you going . If it was half the price I’d still say too expensive
One charge is no more than 5 or 6 drags so advertised as 20 pack , reality is it’s 10 for £12
Worth a shot but unless price drops massive then won’t be buying again

This product is simply a total rip off
This product is simply a total rip off. Wasted £11.99 on something that charged once then just wouldn't charge anymore, really feel disgusted that they can rip people off like this, avoid if you want to save your £11.99.
Very expensive way of giving up smoking…
Very expensive way of giving up smoking they are approximately £1.00 cheaper than my cigarettes. Its states 20 charges im on second "packet" both only charged up 10/12 times . Horrible taste in mouth very medicinal mint flavour made me cough and sore throat lips sore too. Looking into buying a Vape product cheaper and can choose flavour .

Rubbish I’ve tried vaping
Rubbish I’ve tried vaping, patches etc and then this product it is useless, I believe the UK government were losing out on profits from the vaping market and attempted to launch this. It doesn’t work, it’s too expensive and doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do. Don't waste your money Marion
Its cheaper to buy cigarettes
Its cheaper to buy cigarettes. So its not a big incentive to quit. The price was an immediate no and it will cost me less to continue smoking. What a joke of a product.

Too expensive
I understand completely that this is advertised Licensed as a medicine by the Department of Health and Social Care as a safer alternative to smoking, and yes much much healthier , however , the above phrase is all it has going for this product, Compare this to my vape ? I’ll stick to my vape. Voke retails at £11.99 per unit , and as stated on their website “ Each pack contains up to 20 charges, look on it as a pack of 20 cigarettes” so for someone who smokes 20 a day over a 28 day period that’s £335.72 !! However with my VAPE , costs me 50p a day in liquid and that’s on however mg strength you use in comparison that’s £14 every 28 days AND ( regulated as a safer option to cigarettes) therefore saving myself £321.72! as stated , I am not condemning this one bit as it is a great idea , however , the price is just shocking when you have to take into consideration that health is not the only factor that fall with wanting to give up smoking , cost is also a high factor.
