Voke 

Purchased one of their 'deals' back in early November 2020 after success with their product a year + ago but well over 2 months on still waiting for goods. Have emailed and called them several times but without any answer or reply whatsoever except acknowledgement - they say that their product is a cessation aid - more like an aid to want to smoke more after the stress trying to contact them!
In my personal opinion - avoid and go and see your doctor as there are similar products available on prescription I have just found out.

Stay clear of this rip off. For the price of a pack of cigarettes, I got an inhaler which lasted for 5 refills. That makes it around £4 per cigarette. Even worse is that this product could deter people from trying competitors' products - why trying expensive solutions when they might be a rip off as well. I will try tested and established alternatives.

What is really disappointing is that when you have decided to quit you really need a reliable, hassle free nicotine back up and I am afraid this just does not fit that profile. And, I will tell you why. The problem here is the charging mechanism. Having spent more than a packet of cigarettes I get absolutely nothing, no hit, nada.in spite of pressing down and hearing the hiss I get nothing, So, where does that leave us? Going back to smoking cigarettes. Not good.

My son purchased 6 packets for me, however the delivery did not arrive. I appreciate that there has been some delays with Royal Mail however he ordered these products more than two months ago. Your should atleast have the decency to get in touch with customers if you cannot deliver. Your have literally stolen my money. Shame on you.

I purchased two packets of Voke last month and i havent received the good. I have attempted to call them however nobody answers the phone. I have also tried emailing them 3 times and there has been no response. Very unprofessional. I will be contacting trading standards on Monday for helpo

I ordered this item almost a month ago and it hasn’t been delivered. I emailed several times and haven’t heard back.

I've given up cigarettes but I'm vaping all the time, I want an alternative that doesn't damage my health,looked at Nicolette inhaler and this Voke pen, have to say the Voke pen seems actually quite good, get a nice hit, but it's too dear. The Nicolette pen is much better value. Why is this Voke product so expensive as there is not that much to it. You get 5 or 6 puffs before you have to recharge, you and you only get 20 charges, so that is not the equivalent to 20 cigarettes. Not gonna buy until price is lower.

Ive ordered this 11 days ago still no sign of it. Absolute con wish I never bought had no replies to 2 emails ive sent customer service asking where it is. Should of just bought niquitin

Dont like vapes so wanted an alternative to quit. More expensive then a packet of cigs (but obviously better health wise) and it literally lasted 6/7 goes few puffs at a time and it was empty no where near the equivalent of a pack of 20 cigs not even near a pack of 10) I have another one ordered before i tried this one but will not be ordering anymore. It's literally lasted half a day and thats not with excessive use. I cant see this product helping anyone quit smoking very disappointed with this product.

Very disappointed as I thought I'd found the ideal way to stop smoking.. after 40 years of smoking id finally decided to quit.. the cigarette charged once and I quite liked it. You got a hit at the back of your throat the same as a cigarette but then it wouldn't fill again after numerous trys. It sounded like it was filling but nothing happened .very disappointed. Back smoking again and still want to quit but desperately looking for something to help !!!!!!

Tried this as looked and sounded like a good product but again as everyone else says after one charge a few puffs and it didnt work. Tried to charge it again and sounds like the canister is already empty. Pretty useless and more than a packet of cigarettes.

This product is a con and the customer service is a bigger con. This product is as expensive as cigarettes but most of them are faulty and leak gas as soon as you try to use it. I've bought 17 packets in order to help me give up cigarettes but 9 of them were faulty. The customer service ignores you and you have no chance of reimbursement. Do not buy it. It's a con!!!

Got Voke to try. First pack emptied itself with first fill (nozzle was bent inside the hole) & contacted Voke & got a replacement. To be honest you only get a couple of puffs with each refill so the product is totally useless for giving up. It is also too too expensive - don't know why they didn't design it so that you buy first pack then cheaper refill. It is too expensive for GPs to prescribe so the NHS approved part is totally irrelevant. Should go back to the drawing board!

I am sorry but product rubbish. Expensive and the refill system is rubbish. One pack seems to give you less than 20 puffs. I will never buy again.

Terrible product Complete waste of money even worse customer services! They don’t send your product unless you phone up to chase where it is! Waited 17 days for first one to arrive i ordered a second one at a discounted rate because the first one took so long, It’s been nearly a month still has not arrived, Worst company I’ve ever dealt with

they spelt their name wrong , should be Joke,
Waste of £12, filled as per instructions, tried to get a drag, seriously hard to get it to fire, then a burst of spray, repeat 2 more times then its empty and needs recharging

Absolute waste of money!
I ordered Voke because I don’t like vapes or e-cigs so thought I would give this a go.
Tried it, it didn’t do a thing! It didn’t take away my cravings for a cigarette. And apparently Voke only have 0.45mg of nicotine in them while normal cigarettes have 1.8mg so no wonder it doesn’t work!

Loved the idea but was hesitant due to the price and the fact gp won’t prescribe and no local stop smoking clinic. But thought I’d give it a go and see if it helped. The first charge the unit worked fine but second charge and nothing. And looking at other comments this is a common occurrence so the product isn’t ready for market it’s got too many defaults. Not sure the cold blast of a nasty tasting liquid is what you’d expect anyway. Might as well get the cheaper quick mist. It’s marketed as a new idea but it’s just another way of delivering a nicotine spray. As with others the habit of a cigarette to the lips is as hard to quit as the nicotine. This is 6 blasts and done it’s extortionate given the quick mist price. Sadly good idea badly executed. I wouldn’t recommend personally. The only thing I would say is Elena in cs is lovely and helpful. Sadly this product is just a way of haemorrhaging money. It needs to be cheaper and more effective. Sorry voke needs more work

Soo far soo good. Despite mixed reviews I bought my first voke after following their development from inception. Its quite good for what it intends to do. Two strong hits and im not craving anymore nicotine. Still no pharmacies stock it and cannot find it under prescription.

I cannot tell you how dissopointed I was and yet I was so looking forward to using the Voke as a safer alternative to smoking. When I tried to charge it, it kept leaking and when I inhaled in the stick hardly nothing came out of it doesn't matter how many times I tried it didn't do it for me. I got no satisfaction out of it whatsoever.
