Voke 

Customer Service at its BEST - I have used for 2 weeks now and have not had a cigarette since. Used to smoke 30 per day!!!!

Ex-Army so it does take discipline. However, not had any urges for a cigarette since using VOKE.

I had 2 units that was faulty - wrote a simple note to Customer Services and they sent 2 replacements without any questioning. Matter of fact I received the replacements the next day before I had chance to send the faulty ones.

Elena Kumarasamy is what I call Old School Customers Services - she understood what I was talking about and was very understanding – most companies try not to replace but she made my experience so easy.

Their product is so good I don’t need anymore.

Amazing Product with and amazing team and amazing results.

Useless doesn’t work and then all of a sudden squirts a horrible liquid in your mouth. Tried with both and they both do the same. Definitely false advertising I want a refund

I was excited by the prospect of using the Voke. I’d cut down from 30 cigarettes a day to 5 by using an e-cigarette and thought this product would be my route to giving up completely. Unfortunately I was wrong. First of all I was surprised at the price which immediately took away the incentive of saving money. Secondly the sharp burst of nicotine into my mouth was unpleasant. Thirdly, for me, smoking isn’t just about the nicotine. It’s more about the whole process of taking the cigarette out of the packet, lighting it and smoking it at particular times of the day eg. with a cup of tea, after a meal etc. A hit with a Voke does not fulfill that particular type of craving. I won’t be purchasing another packet and will stick to my e-cigarette which I can smoke for the time it would take me to smoke a real cigarette and then put down thus mimicking the smoking process.

I wanted to try come of vaping so I seen this and thought I would give it ago. Waste of money it doesn’t even work I have tried the nicotine so many times but I don’t feel like anything is even in the stick! Wouldn’t recommend

I brought this for my partner. It's a complete waste of money... it is absolutely useless, it doesn't do anything.. we charged it 3 times and still nothing... I do not recommend!

I haven't had a real cigarette since March 2018, since then I have used a mixture of vapes, lozenges and IQOS. I have been using IQOS for around a year but recently someone told me about "VOKE" so I thought i'd give it a try. The idea is fairly simple and easy to use, there does appear to be a "knack" of getting the nicotine out, this is by taking a short sharp breath rather than a slow long inhale which you might do with a normal cigarette.

There are a couple of reasons why I won't buy anymore of these.

First, they are far too expensive, some of the reasons for wanting to quit or reduce smoking is to save money so there should be an advantage.

Second, the hit or nicotine level is not enough, after using a charge, within 10 to 15 minutes I find myself wanting to use it again. Ideally they would have different strengths of nicotine so as you can make that transgression rather than going straight onto something which is so low level.

I actually do like this product and it works for me. You have to use it differently to other nicotine products. I have been using the quick mist sprays and they work well but the taste is overpowering and cannot be used for any great time frame. The Voke needs to be charged up with gas quite often and then you have to take a short, sharp, drag to get it to fire. If you take a quick sniff in through your nose its almost that action but with the stick in your mouth. I get three or maybe four hits per charge. The taste is nice and you get the hit your craving. I am currently using the 14mg patches and when I feel that I need Nicotine, especially after eating, I use the voke to take the edge off. The main draw back for me is the cost. £11 per pack is crazy expensive! As I am only using it to supplement with an occasional Nicotine boost its ok as a pack will last me about 5 days but a vaper or smoker could not switch to this because of the cost. £77 per week if you consume 1 pack per day or £154 if your on two a day which is the max allowed. All in all, it works, its pleasant to use once you know how, but its very expensive. I am sure that if the price was around £5 per pack it would be more successful.
I don't get the "off switch" with vaping like I do with normal cigarettes. I find myself vaping all day long and constantly hitting them. The Voke does work well for me in this regard. I think that a combination of Patches and Voke works well but you have to be careful your not getting too much Nicotine. Half strength patch and occasional "only when you really need it" hits on the Voke works well. If you take the pack apart you can see that its a small canister like you get inside an asthma inhaler. This is used to charge the plastic stick. I would prefer an option where you could have a conventional inhaler, like the blue asthma ones and use it that way. I find its a pain to keep charging the stick which only lasts for three or four hits. I may go and dig one out and see if the canister fits.

I’m not sure if mine is faulty is has no flavor or anything else bit of plastic in your mouth in the bin mine went waste of money

Waste of time and money - I’ve only been able to manage 2 ‘puffs’ from a number of charges. It would appear that the stick is faulty discharging the nicotine vapour.

I wasn't using it properly. 2 quick sucks then inhale, not just draw on it like a cigarette. Good product; it does work well !!

The first charge did work, then along with most other people's experience of Voke; the 'cigarette' completely blocked and didn't work at all.
Save your money: It does not work!

Hi there, you can not taste any flavour, see any vapour or feel any effect. It seems to be charging fine as the box is pressurised, but there is no difference to sucking through the stick before or after charging. You might as well suck on a Lego brick. Unless I have a faulty product this is disappointing for the cost.

Absolute waste of my money, and time trying to get something anything out of it, apart from a cool squirt on hands. Bought two , thank goodness I didn't waste anymore money on them. This is a total con and to say the NHS will supply as a prescription for those wanting to quit, something is very wrong. Will stick to vaping, its cheaper and works.

First couple of goes great, was very confident this product was going to help me cut down, then disappointment it stopped working, had filled it 4 times, canister not empty, it's the stick nothing from it, fill it, inhale..... Nothing sucking till my cheeks were well sunk and nothing, no vap no liquid nothing, really disappointed 😕😕

i wish i had check reviews before purchasing! i’m desperate to stop smoking, i have been using nicotine gum for two months prior and cut down a lot but it was more the action of smoking that i missed, i hated vaping so i gave it a go and i can safely say the product DOES NOT do what it says. Firstly, my first pack lasted 6/7 goes with only 5 or 6 puffs and then it was empty! i followed all the instructions and kept looking over them thinking i was doing something wrong. charging the stick doesn’t work, it goes all over your hands and the device. secondly, the taste is horrid, it’s like drinking bleach! i wonder what all the chemicals are in the canister, i honestly reckon it’s no safer than smoking, maybe even worse. i will never ever be buying this product again. thoroughly disappointed.

Would have left my review as it was, which was don’t buy this potentially dangerous product (spits chemical into your mouth) but after voke contacted me after my review I feel the need to write another , I ended up going backwards and forwards with them , and all they are prepared to do is send another one out , ignoring me saying twice I wouldn’t want to risk it again ! No offer of refund , and after reading other reviews it seems lots of other people are being ripped off and getting nothing for there money , plus it also seems this product is just bad design l, and false advertising , AVOID !!!

Wish I’d come to Trustpilot before buying it. Just opened the pack and used it for the first time. Three drags just fired foul tasting liquid into my mouth with no nicotine hit nor sensation. In fact, I had a cigarette to get rid of the awful taste.

Is this some sort of joke ?

Biggest waste of £12 in my life. Only got it this morning and I won’t be buying again. Spits a horrible liquid into your mouth. This is never 20 cigarettes in a million years. You get about 4 drags per charge ( and each drag was a very small one due to the disgusting liquid). I got 6 charges out of mine and now it’s empty, so £12 for 24 drags. The advert on the TV is a total lie, won’t waste my money on this again

Thought it was the way I was trying to fill it! Just had liquid in my mouth, really unpleasant. Really disappointed obviously just another gimmick but expensive one. Won’t be purchasing another and definitely would not recommend

I have to say now I've received my voke it's easy to use. Nice packet design 👍 the only issue I have is somtimes when inhaling it don't work then it does but ones u get 2 to 3 inhales u don't want to think about cigarette this is mind over matter u need to believe to quit and if u don't then this could be more expensive then smoking it self. I think it's a great packet design but not so easy to get so allways make sure u order enough to get u through. I also would like to add that customer care isn't there highest level of professionalism I think the voke is expensive and should.
Not be more then a pack of cigarettes this is why it's a 3star as it's cheaper for me to smoke then buy this for a pack of 20!! If this was 2packs for £11.99 then I would highly recommend this to anyone as it's a great pack and design and works so I would love if they did do deals as a subscription not the ones they running ATM as u save hardly nothing at all. And if they focused on price point then woo it's possible that this is a hit 🙌 but into then I do recommend it if people our okay to pay more to quit then smoke or vape vape is Ur cheaper choice by fare to this atm.
