Poor item, but high standard of customer care

After my order was delivered there were some items missing. After a reorder the items were still missing. Millie from Vivup communicated with the supplier and myself in a professional manner. She was unable to resolve the issue with the supplier but kept me informed of the process and arranged the collection of the unit in a timely manner. She was friendly and understood how to manage the situation well. Her customer service skills were brilliant unlike the suppliers of the failed items.

Customer service AI was no help at all

Customer service AI was no help at all. I had numerous messages saying someone would be in contact within 24 hours this has not happened despite waiting a week for a reply. I then emailed Mark who has helped me before. He is very prompt with replying and has sorted my order out with the hour. Thanku so much for your help Mark

Millie Saved The Day

Millie was polite and welcoming and resolved my issue within minutes. However trying to navigate the companys website in order to sort my problem out was a nightmare! AI was about as much help as a chocolate teapot. It kept providing a link which took me back to AI so I was just going round and round in circles and wasted a so much time. On finding a telephone number and Millie listened, responded and resolved the problem. She is the reason for the 5 stars! If the company continue to make it so akward to access a human being my next review will be a lot less stars. Well done Millie!!!.

I have been using vivup for awhile to…

I have been using vivup for awhile to get some discounts and browse bicycles and gears I wish was mine 🤣 its a great platform to get discounts! Customer service people who helped me sort out my account, thank you Millie and Laura and the rest of your team thanks! Well done to everyone

Millie is a star!

The app hasn't been the easiest to navigate and having ordered a voucher on the Saturday which still hadn't arrived by email on the following Wednesday, I was concerned. I tried the live chat which to be honest was useless. I called Vivup and Millie was brilliant at resolving the issue and my voucher was sent straight away. Thanks Millie!

Thank heaven it becomes available again…

Thank heaven it becomes available again in our trust. Most of my gadgets since 2020 came from vivup and products I ordered were all so on point to what I needed. The ordering to delivery of my vivup orders has mostly a gilde in the park. Everything goes smoothly once orders are processed. Customer Support is as always very helpful too. Thank you so much. All are best experience at vivup

Customer Service

I had cause to raise a question with the customer service team and Laura was not only extremely helpful, but very professional and super responsive. My issue was resolved with no drama almost immediately.

Cycle to work scheme

Be aware of the lack of protection when…

Be aware of the lack of protection when purchasing through Vivup’s salary sacrifice scheme. I spent £876 on a Samsung tumble dryer which developed a fault after around 18 months despite regular maintenance.

After months of being passed between Samsung, Currys and Vivup, I was told I had no direct Consumer Rights Act protection because Vivup considers the contract to be with my employer.

Very disappointing experience. I would think carefully before using the scheme and would buy direct in future.
