Service and company was good however the car had several major body crashs

Everything was worked good.

The agency was efficient, accommodated my late arrival due to flight delay, and Giorgia was very helpful. We also used their shuttle.

We hired a car in Florence which was the first time . We do have to say extremely happy from pick up to drop off . The staff in the office were exceptional and friendly . We are back again in December and have already booked . Well done all

hidden costs, you will have to book another insurance at the counter, otherwise they wont give you the car, tell you, you haven´t cloded the deal with them, but a service provider like booking.com or check24, therefore they don´t know what is secured. somebody might say, typical italian, but I guess its just bad people, bad policy

Everything was just amazing. We got a new and clean car. Most importantly the service was excellent, Giuseppe was so patient and helpful. Great service!

Nice little rental car company, family run.
The location of their small office is ideal, located few minutes walk from the train station, I could leave my family at the opposite coffee shop while I was dealing with them.
Reasonable prices and deposit requirements, simple and fast processing, I highly recommend it.
They can handle different languages.
The only negative note is that the car was not as clean as I would’ve liked.

Got the exact car we ordered - VW Tiguan which was very important for us (one of few cars that suits for 4 large suitcases in its baggage) for 4 big people. All the paperwork went smoothly through whatsup communication and website documentation. The free shuttle service to/from the airport was great. The car waited for us after regular service hours ready with the key and papers. AND the cost for 9 days with FULL insurance was very competitive!

Giuseppe at Termini Roma is a very nice guy. But this firm's practice to not accept debit cards and to require from a second driver to be physically present and present physical documemts is outdated and wrotten. They use these requirements to systematically convince people to take out a very expensive insurance to then be partially released from these requirements. Come on, Vivarent, get modern and stop this modern street robbery !!

Fast and easy, no hassle.

Sorrento office didn’t take all pictures of exterior sratches so when returning in Naples they tried to charge for it. Good thing I had taken pictures and a video at pickup. The car was also dirty inside at pickup. Vacuum job was needed.

The car we received is in great condition — basically new. Furthermore, the receptionist was very kind and patient. He explained everything to us in detail, always presented us with various options, and it was clear that he was looking for the best one for us.

Outstanding rental car service. Very professional staff and service. The rental car was in perfect condition and drove beautifully on the curvy Italian mountain roads. A staff member even gave me a ride back to my hotel after I returned the car. Would definitely rent a car from Vivarent again if I return to Italy. Highly recommended.

We rented a Jeep Compass for 6 days and after traveling for five hours we noticed that the tires were bald. The steering was also very loose, which made me feel that their cars aren’t maintained well or frequently.

When we returned the car we let the woman know about the tires and how dangerous it is to drive, she said we needed to report it to the phone number on my contract. Basically, she wasn’t going to do anything about it.

On a side note, the inside of the car was dirty.

I won’t rent from them again.

we had a good experience with the car rental in Naples. Everything went well and Giorgio was kind and helpful.

All went well, although the admin when collecting the car was a little clunky and time consuming. A lot of manual form filling of information they should have already had from when I booked the car online.

Attention! Secret costs. I ordered a car via Internet on check24, a booking platform, with full insurance for 180€ for 4 days. Arraiving at the dealer, I had to get another insurance for 120€ because, they told us, the first insurance is with another company, in case of damage, the other company will cover the final costs, but insurance has to be paid also to them. So watch out. Cost will Double for renting a car. No Option left, you will have to pay. Also watch out for Creditcard and Debitcard difference.
