- Fuel missing, partial refund promised but not delivered;
- Horrible customer service;
-Car was set to mph instead of km/h, meaning that we could not comply with road safety / regulations.

Really great experience with Vivarent. Quick and easy online booking made 2 days prior, very well priced car hire, friendly, accommodating and helpful staff in Cassino. The car was well maintained, spotless and with a full tank. I will definitely use them again.

The staff is super helpful, especially Fadi and it was easy to get the car and return the car. Even though I didn’t have any accidents or new damages, I would definitely feel better if all the damages on the car marked on a car sketch (a car figure) on the contract when o receive the car, instead if an advice to have a video of the car and compare with the photos on the return. Fortunately, Fadi was very cooperative on the return which is a great support. Thanks a lot guys.

Good reliable car, Nice staff

We have rent a car for 4 days and I can o ly say that everything was perfect.
They shuttle bus was in the right place waiting for us and after 10 minutes we arrived to Vivarent offices and thw staff extremely helpful made the reservation a pleasant experience.
Eveything was as booked and in few minutes we got our car.
The same an our departure .

We booked 3 cars for a week for our holiday. We only had one credit card – as in France, most cards are actually debit cards – and with that single card, it was not possible to secure all 3 cars. Because of this, we were forced to pay an extra charge for the 2 additional cars. This extra fee (612€!!!) was almost the equivalent of the rental price for all 3 cars for the entire week. Outrageous – it felt close to theft.
On top of that, the cars were not clean when delivered (empty bottle, used chewing-gum, etc.).
We tried to find a solution with the employee at the counter, but his manager was absolutely unhelpful. This, despite the fact that we had already submitted all the required documents by email beforehand to make the rental process smoother. No understanding, no flexibility, no customer-oriented service.
In short: avoid this company at all costs!

Car was in very poor condition! Was told to take their Insurance which is astronomical high or I couldn’t have the vehicle even though I had my own insurance which they claimed was invalid! Would have been left high and dry if not !!! Lie when you challenge what happened and what was said. Avoid this hire company at all costs and do not trust the positive reviews on this site. Having spent 2 weeks in Italy the overall view of this vehicle hire company is not great at all wherever you go and who you speak to !!!
