I am very satisfied with the service provided and communication via whats app. At first I was a little skeptical about the authenticity of the sunglasses, but as soon as I saw them in person, I could see that they were original. I compared them with the same model in optics and they match in everything. The only thing that was a little strange to me was that they were traveling from Italy to Croatia in the complete opposite direction, via the Netherlands, so I waited a little longer than I thought. I recommend the site!

It has been 2 months now since I ordered Gucci sunglasses from them. No sign of them and despite me asking for refund for the past month they have not issued a refund. Communication is terrible and when I do hear from them they say they are investigating with their courier. They are very rude as well. I have no sunglasses and they have had my money for 2 months. They must be a scam! I have had to raise a dispute with my credit card company to see if that will get my money back from them.

Stupidly lost my running glasses and wanted a like for like replacement. Great prices, delivery progress notifications were great. Cant fault their service to be honest

Terrible, terrible customer service. I do not recommend this company - at all. They claimed my order was sent to a different address (an address that didn’t actually exist- I checked with the post office) so I had to ‘wait’ for the courier to ‘complete their investigations’. …This went on for weeks….meanwhile I’m considerably out of pocket and no product received. Every time I contacted them I was told to wait longer. A courier issue should be between the company and the courier, not between the courier and the customer. They wouldn’t refund me - or in fact do anything because I had to keep ‘waiting’. Eventually I involved my bank and they were excellent and addressed it as fraud. After the bank got involved, miraculously the sunglasses were located and apparently en route to being returned to the company by the courier. So it was never delivered to any address despite me receiving a confirmation email notification to say it had. Untrustworthy company with appalling customer service. Don’t put yourself in this position, order from someone else.

Ordered Ray Bans waited weeks they said the courier was to blame, asked for refund wouldn’t give me one? Never got delivered!! don’t buy from them there is something not right

I bought a pair of ray bans on 9/8/23 and when they arrived one of the arms was bent so I returned for a refund. They sent a prepaid label for the return through Evri, who are notorious for losing parcels. They are not responding to my emails. According to Evri if the parcel doesn’t arrive within 14 days the retailer should open an investigation. It’s been 21 days since the return and no refund or answers to my request to open a case. Good prices but terrible customer service.

Not received. The delivery date was 8 Aug 2023. Changed to 16 Aug 2023. Tracking says still in transit

Terrible customer service. Poor information sharing, only way of contacting them is via WhatsApp and email which they do not reply to. I've waited 18 days to receive my item and the tracking information is stagnant and no information updated at all. I have had no response however my money has been taken.
