Lost return and no refund
I bought a pair of ray bans on 9/8/23 and when they arrived one of the arms was bent so I returned for a refund. They sent a prepaid label for the return through Evri, who are notorious for losing parcels. They are not responding to my emails. According to Evri if the parcel doesn’t arrive within 14 days the retailer should open an investigation. It’s been 21 days since the return and no refund or answers to my request to open a case. Good prices but terrible customer service.

Not received. The delivery date was 8 Aug 2023. Changed to 16 Aug 2023. Tracking says still in transit
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Poor information sharing, only way of contacting them is via WhatsApp and email which they do not reply to. I've waited 18 days to receive my item and the tracking information is stagnant and no information updated at all. I have had no response however my money has been taken.

I purchased a pair a sunglasses from…
I purchased a pair a sunglasses from vistaexpert.it based in Italy. The glasses were the best value at the time and offered no quibbles free refund within 28 days. They were at my door within 5 days and delivered as described, 10/10. Unfortunately, they were uncomfortable so I immediately requested a return label. It took several messages and several days to get someone to reply, but eventually I received a return label through Evri.
I sent it on the 9th June with a tracking reference. To cut a long story short, I've wasted hours and hours messaging Evri and vistaexpert on WhatsApp, Facebook and email and after almost 2 months (3rd August), I've finally received a refund albeit £5.33 short. For the amount of hassle I've been through, i should be compensated. My advice; don't be mislead by 'full refund on returns'. Use local businesses to the UK. I don't think vistaexpert cares about expanding internationally and about it's UK customers. I wander if they'll reply on here and if so, what excuse they'll give.
I returned some sunglasses…
I returned some sunglasses following procedure sent by the company. 13 days later and they have still not been received by the company to issue a refund £80 - not cheap. The company will take no responsibility for tracking or assisting , the company they use Ezi have said I need to refer back to them They are essentially ignoring me now Evri the courier company are also not engaging. Do they all hope that I will go away and are then £80 in profit Absolute disgrace when it comes to customer service.
Vistaexpert ebay account selling fake/3rd grade quality su glasses
Bought Prada sunglasses from them.They looks like 3rd grade quality. Seller in denial...stating that those are original.Compared In Prada store - different print on both sides...its weird as there is many review on their ebay account stating about quality of sunglasses bought from them and many are removed, as seller is prividing ebay with invoices from luxotica...but really I don't have time to wirllrite negative review if everything is OK...but in this case ( and many more simmilar with this seller) something smells doggy

excellent service, exactly what I ordered. this is the second time I have used this company and I am sure that there will be a third! at least. For Rayban aviators they provide accurate info. on lens type as well as frame size. Not all other suppliers do this.
