Honestly

Honestly, the service given from the costumer service is amazing, always helpfull. Now i dont know how the boxes never matches the degree of the right contact lenses, instead of - comes + 3.50. I recive a email confirmation with the correct box and degree but not when arrives. The other thing is to send it back you have to give it back to UPS standart, guess what? you simply deliver the box and no email o message confirmation, so vision direct dosent take responsability if dosent arrive and i have to solve now 2 problem, vision direct and ups, meaning 7 somenthing euros in the bin. Honestly, so frustrating. Most be the 5th time this happens, im done once i get the money back, horrible service. Other thing also, some of the contact lenses like one or 2 will be in a bad condition.

After reviewing your order placed on 29/01/2025, we can confirm that the lenses were sent with a power of +3.50, as per the details in your order confirmation. However, we completely understand how frustrating it is to receive an incorrect prescription and to go through the return process.

Regarding the return with UPS, we acknowledge your concern and regret any lack of confirmation on their end. Please rest assured that once your return is received at our warehouse, we will promptly process your refund.

Additionally, we’re sorry to hear that some of the contact lenses were in poor condition. If you ever experience defective lenses, please do not hesitate to reach out so we can assist you further.

Shocking service trying to return a product

I have sent 4 emails to Vision Direct to date and I have spent 45 minutes in total trying to get assistance on the online chat. I want to return my unopened package. The last 2 emails I sent are simply being ignored. In one of the mails I sent I quoted the wrong order number but in all the others I gave the correct one. It’s been days now. I have looked into the procedure to contact consumer protection in France for assistance and will pursue this avenue if the matter is not resolved tomorrow. I have been told repeatedly that the label to return the item has been sent to me. I have not received it. It is not in my spam folder. I have only received one automated email saying to look out. For the label but nothing further. Cannot believe the terrible service and ignoring my emails is totally unprofessional. I’m at my wits end as to what to do. Weirdly the order now seems to have been removed from my order history but I still have all the emails. I just want a return label and a refund!!!! This is honestly the worst service I’ve ever received.

the lenses and solutions are always good, but the ordering process this time was very time consuming, the system didn't recognise my email and password so after 6or7 attempts to order I gave up and had to create a new account using my husbands email address,

Hugely Disappointed

I have been using Vision Direct for many years, first in the UK and now in France and have in the past been delighted with the service and always given 5 stars (in fact I would have given 10 stars if possible)! However, since early September it has been absolutely impossible for me to place an order, even with the assistance of the help line and had to go to a local optician at greater cost and inconvenience. Apparently this is most likely due to internal changes on their website so I have been told. I have spent several hours on the helpline who have tried their absolute best to assist to no avail, even talking on one occasion to the Phillipines for 1hr 45 mins!! Password changes seem to be causing a majority of the problem. All I can say is there was nothing wrong with the system before so as the saying goes 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it'. I must add that one occasion I had to wear the same disposable lenses for 3 days!! I am so very disappointed with what has become of Vision Direct and cannot believe I would end up writing a review like this. Actually one star is being generous!

Delivery twice sent information that…

Delivery twice sent information that they could not deliver to me. But it false. I was at home all the time, no one even phoned me. Finally, my order in 9 days not yet received. It is awful!

Never arrived

Charged my account but never delivered my product and keeps sending me emails saying the delivery has been moved back due to unforeseen circumstances I’ve tried to get a refund but can’t and won’t be in France long enough to collect my product now!
