I requested a quote to lease a VW Taigo late on Friday afternoon. I was contacted by Noah - leasing broker who discussed my requirements. He provided me an updated quote and confirmed the vehicle had been secured by the Monday afternoon. Great service Noah, thanks for providing a friendly, thorough and professional service.

My lease deal experience as been very positive, easy to understand and with the help of Shaz Latif he has answered any questions and concerns I had. Communication has been excellent just logged into the portal and watched the portal video. All very clear, concise and easy to understand. Waiting now for a date Which will be approx 10 days. Happy with the services would recommend to others.

Leasing a car after many years of car ownership, I was a little anxious. I needn’t have been.
From the very first contact, Shaz talked me through the process in a friendly but professional manner answering my questions and easing my worries.
Starting on a Monday and with constant support from Shaz and the team, I quickly had two quotes available and by the Thursday had been approved for finance and had completed the order form for the car I had chosen.

I ordered an in stock car with 2-4 weels delivery, 13 weeks later still no car. I mase over 30 calls trying to get this sorted, promised call backs than never happened and waa given 3 delivery dates only for them to be cancelled. After I told them I wanted to cancel, they offered me another car, only to be told they day before delivery that it waa no longer available. Cancelled order and went to another company. They left me without a car for 6 weeks and were not interested in fixing the issue until I cancelled.

Noah at VIP Gateway has been great with the application process, enthusiastic and helpful, and easy to get hold of for answers to any questions I had.
