VIP Cars acts as a marketplace for scam car rental companies and offers ZERO customer protection.
I booked through VIP Cars, and the local supplier tried to steal my security deposit by blaming me for pre-existing scratches and fabricating claims about vehicle conditions. When I disputed these false charges, VIP Cars did not investigate—they simply rubber-stamped the local supplier's fabricated story.
VIP Cars profits by enabling dishonest, predatory suppliers while leaving customers completely exposed. They do not request time-stamped pre-rental photographic evidence from their partners, nor do they hold them accountable for fraudulent deposit claims.
I had to block my credit card and file a chargeback dispute through my bank. Save yourself the nightmare: skip VIP Cars and book directly with a trusted international company.
Booking was really easy and efficient, hope rest of the process and experience will be same

Easy booking. Competitive pricing over a wide range of vehicles. Let’s hope everything is as easy when I come to pick up the hire car!
