Village Vets Formby and Crosby Reviews 

I’ve been with Formby Village Vets and Crosby for several years now. Both of my cats have been under Helen’s care for years and she is so great with them. I wouldn’t take my furbabies anywhere else! During my later cat, Aayla’s degenerative kidney disease, Helen took care of all of her needs. She has given exemplary care to Lunar too, who has an overactive thyroid and is in her twilight years. Helen always handles her with love and care. I only wish the clinic had some late night appointments and Saturday appointments too, this would greatly help to make regular appointments for elderly patients when I work full time, rather than use up all of my annual leave for appointments. The VIP plan is fantastic for budgeting purposes too.

Village vets Crosby is outstanding. It's the best vets we've ever been to by far. The Receptionists, Nurses and Vets are just incredible and it really feels different to any other practice I've been to. They incredibly friendly, very caring and they'll go over and above for both owners and pets. It's a real comfort to know that they are there when we need them and we feel so welcome. I would one hundred percent recommended this vetenary practice.

Staff are always very helpful & welcoming , Vet was very thorough & was genuinely interested , all in all a good experience.

The vets at Crosby are so attentive & professional & always give my little hound Saffron VIP treatment.

Village vets crosby takes great care of my dog poppy, whether its a general health check or poppy needs treatment, you are given the best service from the minute you walk through the door. Poppy is a very nervous dog but the vets take time to comfort her and keep her relaxed. Would highly recommend Village vets crosby.

I found all the staff very friendly and gave me all the answers to my queries I never felt rushed and gave me the time to make all the right decisions for my dog I can highly recommend this vet

I’ve been going to this vets with my small dog for just over a year. The Crosby Office is always welcoming and clean. I’m greeted warmly on every visit. Seen in a timely manner. I feel the monthly fee is well worth the peace of mind. Highly recommended.

I was able to book an appointment for the following day as I was a little worried about my dog. She was fine and I did feel that I had perhaps wasted the vet's time, but no, Christina reassured me that this was not the case and it is better to check out any problems.
Our dogs have always been treated here and the care they get is second to none, the reception staff the nurses and vets are really great and always treat pets as special

Woody is very wary of his annual vaccination , it was administered quickly and without fuss , happy Woody happy owner .

Excellent vets. I wouldn't take my little dog anywhere else. All the staff are wonderful, so friendly, and brilliant with all the animals that walk through the door. You're made to feel like part of the family and I never feel rushed on any consultations I have, my vet Cristina is amazing, she takes so much time to listen and i have total confidence that everything she does is the best treatment for my baby. Brilliant service from all the team at Crosby. So comforting to know my little pooch is in the best hands possible- I trust them implicitly and highly recommend this vets practice. They are brilliant at what they do. Thank you.

The nurse was extremely helpful with helping with my dog’s anxiety issues and made many useful suggestions on how to address them.

It was my first visit to Village vets with an 11 week old puppy. Everyone was really kind and friendly. Gave me tips and advice for ways of keeping the puppy calm and getting her used to visiting. I would highly recommend

Brilliant vets, my boy had a major surgery. Everything was explained, at no point did I feel daft asking any questions. They were so good with him. Every member of staff we’ve seen has been AMAZING. The service is beyond excellent - you can tell everyone who works here adores their patients. Recommend them 100000% just wish I’d moved here sooner!

Oscar was looked after so well. Everyone is so kind and understanding . The time that was spent with us explaining what would be happening with Oscars treatment and his after care really helped me . So glad that we are with village Vets Crosby:)

I have been going to Village Vets with my cat since he was a kitten. Unfortunately he has had a number of problems and had been a frequent visitor! I have always found the whole team , reception staff, nurses, vets to be friendly and professional always very helpful. Many thanks to Bronagh and Ben for their care and attention to detail when dealing with Edward. Also thanks to Jaine who has known Edward since his first visit to the Practice.

Such a caring practice they do all they can to make your pets experience the best it can be . Over the years the staff have all become friends . Xx
