Shop twice sent damaged pool pump, instead of 3-5days delivery, they took more than month. There is no service phone, i was assisted by emails, each day different service employee, in total of 8-9 different employees responding same thing, how sorry they are and that i should accept 30eur compensation or return unit. I accepted unit return, this took approx. 10-14 days, even when they state in website that they have unit in warehouse and delivery would be 3-5d. That was a lie, and a reason to reject offer to return unit, especially that shop already twice sent defective unit, and were asking to try third time, wasting additional 10-14days.
After tens of emails trying to come up with compromise, they were strict with primary offer, 30eur refund, 50eur coupon or return/replace. Got tired of all this, accepted 30eur and filled review. Only then they reached me with extra excuses and proposed composate additional 40eur.
My experience with vidaxl shows that only negatives review in trustpilot makes them to come up to You with more adequate compensation.

Eshop itself is good
Eshop itself is good, but search engine could be improved, like list of categories is uncomfortable to search and some products are poorly listed. Also, I bought event tent , pictures of product itself was not enough, only one bad quality overall picture that do not correspond to actual quality. That resulted that the product I received had less quality. And actually it had malfunction, but since it was not a big deal and I can improve it myself, so I did not want to return product. Also roof of my tent is different color compared to what it shows in picture, but I did not had much time to wait for change up, so I kept it all. Descriptions could be in more detail and pictures should provide more real result of product. It's not a tragedy, all can be fixed and probably if needed I'd still buy at this shop again.

Several key issues: color, assembly, and sticker
1. Color discrepancies: The product description states that it is gold, but in reality, the color is painted Pantone gold, which has no gloss and has a greenish tint. This significantly differs from the impression of real gold and should be mentioned in the product description.
2. Frame quality: After assembly, it became clear that the gaps between the frames are uneven. For example, the gap on one side between the first and middle frame is 1.5 cm larger than the same gap on the other side.
3. Sticker on the front: There is a white sticker on the front side of the product, which cannot be easily removed and is in a visible spot.

DON'T BUY FROM vidaxl!
I ordered a coffee table which, according to the description, had to arrive assembled. I hoped - and needed to use it immediately. Instead, however, I received a box with strange loose wooden parts, VERY FAR from an assembled table. Never buy from this company!!! It has NOT solved my problem but created a NEW one!
UPDATE: So, I've started assembling the table. It turns out the vidaxl product is of such poor quality, the fasteners are so tragic, and all the ends do not fit together so much that, having already wasted 100 euros on the failed vidaxl purchase, I will still have to buy a drill!

Worst customer service I have ever encountered
I recently purchased an outdoor gazebo from vidaXL.lt for EUR 328.99. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the quality of the product and the seller's attitude towards customers.
Misleading information: The product description stated that the gazebo protects against rain, but did not mention that it cannot be used in the rain. This is very misleading information that led to my decision to purchase this product.
Defective product: The gazebo broke in the first rain. It is clear that the quality of the product does not meet the standards and its use does not correspond to the information provided in the description.
Insufficient compensation: The seller offered only €30 compensation for an item that cost almost €329. This is inadequate compensation considering that the gazebo is of poor quality and damaged in a very short time.
Inadequate problem solving: The seller offered to replace the broken parts, but why do I care if the product is of poor quality and not suitable for use in the rain.
For this reason, I have decided to contact consumer protection authorities and share my experience wherever I can. I do not recommend buying from vidaXL.lt due to misleading information and poor product quality.

very poor quality furniture. I did not expect to buy expensive materials or parts because the price is low. But the corners of the cabinet are different, some are cut and painted. The spaces between the drawers are uneven. The added screws are too long, because if you are not careful, they come out on the other side. I definitely won't buy again without seeing it live.
