The customer rep that handled my call…

The customer rep that handled my call this morning was courteous and completed my payment. I usually make my payments with a customer service rep bc I had an identity theft issue years ago. Plus the payment is faster. Maybe the service fee can be waived due to the identity theft concerns in the past
