Plastic packaging 👎
The only qualm I have about this company is continued use of plastic bottles. I see other online companies shifting more to bags. Otherwise have ordered today and used before: reliable reputable vegan product as far as I can tell.

Thanks so much for taking the time to review us, we really appreciate it. Whilst our bottles may look plastic, rest assured, they aren't plastic. Our bottles are made from sugar cane and are 100% recyclable and biodegradable (within 10 years). We are currently looking at alternative packaging options as we feel there is always progress that we can make to be more environmentally friendly.

Had problems with custom fees (from UK…
Had problems with custom fees (from UK to Sweden), i was told this was normal procedure for Swedish customs. I was refunded the money from Vegetology though so i was happy anyway :)

Quality products and excellent customer service
We’ve been buying our vegan supplements from Vegetology for a number of years. We trust this company because it’s owned by a team of scientists who provide quality products that are ethically sourced from sustainable sources and they’re fairly priced. Using supplements can be very confusing - so many to choose from! There’s a wealth of information available on the website to assist customers to make informed decisions about their purchases and if in doubt questions can be submitted - we’ve used this service and had our questions answered promptly. We wouldn’t buy supplements from anywhere else - highly recommend.

I'm so sorry to hear that your products took their time reaching you. When shipping from the UK to Australia, we often advise a 10-14 day delivery time. I know that your order took about 3 weeks to reach you. Within that time, there were some mail strikes which will have added to the delay.
