8 days after the order it hadn’t arrived so sent a email and was told we have a backlog you ordered will be dispatched soon .
So I emailed them back and said do you mean you have no stock?
The answer was sorry we have no stock we have refunded your account money should be back in 3-5 days !
Not good enough!
Take my money straight away selling things you don’t even have then tell me I have to wait for my money ( disgusting)
I’ll never buy anything from them again.

Poor service, do not buy from here
I had ordered an item on 18 August and didn’t receive it. So I followed up with the company who said they had a big backlog to get through which was why there was a delay. After a few days without getting the item, I sent another email and was then told that they could not deliver it as it was out of stock and that they would provide me with a refund. Now one month later, I have not received the refund either and am constantly following up with them for it.

I was sent the wrong item cheap…
I was sent the wrong item,va cheap generic of what I ordered and customer service told me to send it back for a refund. The free postage label sent via email only opened as a blank page and when I asked about it I was resent the same pdf with the same issue. So I ended up paying for an item I didn't order and worse I was sent a cheap generic drug when I paid full price for a branded product.
