Something on the website wasn't clear
Something on the website wasn't clear. I had to go back and forth, remove the quantity then order another quantity. Something wasn't clear about the bundle. Aside from that, love the product and the speedy delivery.

the problem is that the post in Romania doesn"t deliver - you have to go yourself at a post office
wich when you go to work everyday - it's a problem
it should have come by courier

My subscription experience
My subscription was dispatched and arrived in my country swiftly. Unfortunately the customs office here ignored the sticker on the box stating that duty was paid and my package got held up. The Vegetology team resolved the issue with customs and my vitamins were delivered to my home. Wonderful customer service. The subscription service is easy to use and easily amended to current needs.
