Beware

Initial review 11/06/2025:
Besides the product not working well (wouldn’t work or stay on despite using the provided serum properly, as directed), I was also burned. I was on the lowest setting and it burned me within two seconds. I immediately contacted customer support to begin the return process, which they were resistant towards. They wanted me to keep it and they would provide up to a 30% refund. Finally, after I adamantly insisted that I wanted to return the product for a full refund, they sent the return instructions. It cost over $75 to ship it back to them in Dubai. Do not make the mistake and buy this product.

Update 11/10/2025:
In their response to me, Veauty has boldly and blatantly lied. I was blamed for the product being defective, and they requested video evidence without them ever offering to replace my product free of charge. As for product being unable to cause any burning, their instruction manual clearly states that beginners must always start on low and initially hold the product in place for only 8-15 seconds because beginners can get burned. If burning wasn’t a possibility, why would they say that beginners can/will get burned if they don’t begin on the lowest setting for the shortest amount of time? In my very first email, I requested the instructions as to how to proceed with returning this product, yet I had to argue and fight to receive them. I NEVER declined to send this god awful device back. They attempted to bribe me to keep the product if I were to accept up to a 30% refund (initially, they offered 20%). It wasn’t until I confronted them and asked why they wouldn’t provide me with the return instructions and address that they sent their final offer of a 30% refund along with the instructions to return for a full refund. In those instructions, it was clearly stated that I must provide them with the tracking number and I wouldn’t receive a refund until they received and inspected the product. With a tracking number, shipping costed over $75. I’m still waiting for a refund.

This company has left a foul taste in my mouth. They are despicable liars. I regret ever having wasted my time and money purchasing from them.

Hello, we are sorry to hear that you are upset with your experience. It sounds clear that you may have had a faulty unit that was not staying on or a faulty head on the device. Our device can not cause any burning, it does not get hot enough for this, you experience small thermal rashes which will not scar like a burn, we just would like to make this very clear.

We offer always then to replace it free of charge and should a customer decline, they can return for a full refund. To return to our warehouse in Dubai it costs on average $20 and since you did not want to send it back, in an attempt to try and make you happy we offered you a partial refund. We did everything we can to try and please you and come up with a solution for you ❤️

Update: I have personally checked all the emails and we never once blamed you for the fault, this is a lie. All our support team were doing was following our process, if we think there may be a faulty device, we ask to see a video of the device to see if we can identify the issue, this is the only reason. If there is a faulty device we can either replace it for free or you can send it back for a refund, which is a very standard process

I will edit the review if the product…

I will edit the review if the product does arrive. So far, I ordered on the 23rd of October and the product has not even been dispatched yet! I have contacted the customer service and they did get back to me (hence the 2 stars rather than one) but they said all products are due to be shipped out BY November 5th . It is the 6th and the tracking number shows it still has not been dispatched. The info on the website states delivery takes 3-5 days with some delays in November. . But I was not ready to wait for what looks like 1 month for the product, so I wish I could get a refund. This could have been avoided if they were honest about how long the delivery takes at purchasing.
EDIT: at the time I purchased the item the actual website was showing a nb of items available and other than a general 'might be delays' there was no statement that your stock is gone and there will be a production wait at all. But what annoys me the most is that in your reply to my email you stated the delivery will be dispatched By 5th of November. Is now the 7th and no dispatch yet. Honestly I'd be very happy with a refund if that's something you can offer. I bought on a whim and should have reached properly beforehand. The delivery wait is not the biggest issue, is the lost of trust in your company and therefore the product as a reputable supplier wouldn't have these issues. I feel I payed premium money for China trade and I only do that on Temu because I expect it from them. But this isn't supposed to be Temu so....

Misleading return policy

Very disappointed with this company and its device. I’ve only had the Veauty dot for less than 2 weeks. I used 4 times, every time it gave me shocks to my face, shocked the fingers that were touching the silver pieces on the sides, the heat on low would fluctuate hotter and cooler. I could hear clicks when it shocked my face.
According to Veauty website there is a 60 day money back guarantee.
I sent Veauty an email explaining the issues I was having and that I wanted to return the product due to not feeling safe using it on my face. I received an email back with suggestions(2 of which I had already done). So they would rather risk me burning my face/fingers from being shocked, just so they can make a sale, very sad.
I replied back that I had already tried 2 of their suggestions and again that I didn’t feel safe using it and I wanted a refund. Their reply to my second email was with the suggestions from their first email plus they wanted a video. I’m not using anything on my face that I believe is defective, it’s ridiculous. That was my last correspondence. I don’t even know how to respond to that email, and the treatment that I’ve received from them.

In response to Veauty and Trustpilot:

You are correct, you have reached out to me. You would like me to remove this review for an immediate refund or I have to pay to send back the defective product, that is your return policy. I guess nothing defective comes out of china. I have asked you twice for return instructions/address to your “United States” office and am awaiting your reply. I have proof that I purchased your product.

In response to Veauty’s 2nd reply:

I had not received the return address at the time of my first reply, so you are correct I do have it now. According to your email, your US office doesn’t take returns so I have to return it to Dubai (which didn’t surprise me).

With my experience with Veauty, it’s obvious the reason you don’t have a lot of negative reviews, if I had taken “your deal” mine wouldn’t be on here either.

If someone has a defective product, the first thing we do is first try to see if we can fix it or if it could be down to user error. If it can't be fixed, then of course we will send you a new product for free or you can return. I’ve had the veauty device now for 3 months and I’ve been waiting to leave a review. In the first week, I honestly saw no change. It works but you need to be persistent

I believe this product definitely works but you have to persist with it. I've started to notice some improvements after a month of regular use, i.e. 3 times a week, every week. I've been combining it with a decent collagen supplement which I think helps.

My only criticism is that the electrode head is small and it takes a long time to go over a large area, like the forehead. It would be nice if they could offer different sized heads that could be used for smaller and larger areas.

Great product

Great product, been using for 2 weeks and have noticed a difference.
Had a slight query which was answered swiftly.

Poor Customer Service

First item I received was faulty, after contacting them a replacement was sent. I asked should I return the faulty item and was told no so I disposed of it. After using the replacement item I came out in a terrible rash, contacted them and was advised this is normal. I continued using but rash didn’t clear so contacted them again. This time was told not to use the serum but just moisturiser. Skin didn’t improve, therefore asked to return the item for refund. I was then told I needed to return the item along with the serum and also the faulty item in able to get refund. I told them I had disposed of faulty item as was told didn’t need to return. I have been refunded £47.00 and can keep the item which is no good to me. So disappointed in this company feel that I have been duped. Following reply received why was I told not to send the faulty device back, I have emails to confirm this.
So was you expecting me to keep a faulty item, nowhere was I told this would have to be returned in able to get a refund. Not happy at all.

Hello, as we explained you can return the product without the serum, it just means you would not be refunded for this serum, which is completely fair as it has been used. As for returning the device, we sent you 2 devices and then you informed us you wished to return, so we asked for both devices to be returned for a full refund. We do not believe we have acted unfairly or immorally in this situation. As a good will gesture we sent you a 30% refund, but of course for a 100% refund, 100% of the products should be returned. We did not ask you to send the faulty device back as at that time you were not returning the order, we were just replacing a faulty unit🙏🏼
