The reason I purchased this device in the first place is because I was trying to help fix my skin after being diagnosed with CTCL, cutaneous T-Cell lyphoma. The damage to my skin from this rare cancer, was something I wanted to get rid of and forget the horror of this horrible disease. Instead, I inadvertently made it worse with this device!
If I could use zero stars I would. Steer clear of this company and product. I used it as instructed for about a little over a month, then last week it burned the hell out of my face and eyelids. As instructed, I turned it off for a few minutes, back on at the lowest setting, and it did it again! I look like a burn victim. I emailed them and they insinuated user error then had the balls to ask if I had documented this injury on Trust Pilot even after I sent them my horrible pictures of my burned, blistered face and eyes. I wish I could upload the pics here. Stay away from them!
UPDATE: Haven't heard a word from this company. I don't know how they can rectify severe burns on my face, likely scarring me for life, when I DID use the device as instructed! Blaming the user is extremely unprofessional, as I have documented proof during this horrific journey that it was used as instructed, until the device malfunctioned and caused severe burns. Please, stay away from this device for your own safety. Don't go through what I'm going through. An ER visit, several doctor's visits, and having to take time off from work!! Not to mention probable lifelong scars. They did respond to an email I sent them from my personal email account asking me to please take down my Trust Pilot review. Does that sound like a company that wants to make things right?? No, it does not. Oh, and BTW, they've also blocked me on FB.

There are multiple complaints about others being burned... probably not as severely as me, and you've made their return process very difficult. Not me, though. You returned my first payment immediately. Gee, I wonder why? I'm not going away!! You will be held accountable. Oh, and BTW, your device is absolutely not FDA approved, nor are ANY at home microneedling RF devices. I should've done my homework before purchasing, but I trusted your posts on FB. MY BAD. On my first treatment using the Veauty dot malfunctioned. When I placed the device on my face there was an electric spark noise and a burning sensation. The site blistered and has left a burn mark on my cheek.

I have been using the Veauty Dot and the collagen masks since Oct last yearI am now really starting to notice a difference in my skin and how its improved.
I have a short beard so have to navigate around that but it’s totally fine.
My skin is looking more youthful and tighter.

I thought about buying this for a long time and finally took the plunge in December. I have been using it for about 4 weeks and can already see a difference in my skin, expecially in the area around my jaw! The Veauty Dot is so easy to use and only takes me 10-15 minutes 3 times a week. I am nearing 70 so guessing it may take a bit longer with me than for a younger person, but I will definitely be sharing before and after pics in another coupl of months.
